As a Visual Designer I tend to notice design aesthetics that may throw off the viewer. One major thing I noticed is the "Customers Who Trust In SocketLabs" section has very low res images. These easy to miss flaws often detract credibility of the site/product. You should comb your site with a fine tooth and also spend time on the subtleties. Been using Socketlabs for our 650 Customer Portals that serves about 30,000 users, we have a heavy email requirement for them around notices and documents that are posted on to the portals, What is the absolute best is that since we set up socket labs in 2011, we have had very few issues.
