  ### 3. Great reliable service

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2021

**What do you like best about SocketLabs?**

Very Reliable service and Support is always responsive

**What do you dislike about SocketLabs?**

- Reports need to be more detailed, need to show the interaction with host and sending sites, to show delivery and failures in realtime
- Lack of ability to have multiple SMTP credentials - This is imperative if there is a breach or just need to temporarily use a different login, then giving out your main credentials. It would be nice to have a credential for every process we do. Again if there is a breach of some kind, we can just shut down that process and not have to remember and fish for all the procedures we used for one login.

**What problems is SocketLabs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a reliable SMTP relay for important notifications coming from multiple production servers.

  ### 4. Forget SendGrid and MailGun

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** BETO S. | Ecommerce Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 25, 2021

**What do you like best about SocketLabs?**

This is the most complete and reliable email delivery solution for pros. It has a delivery API, as well as google email marketing apps for mailing campaigns (blasts) and autoresponders.

The best? They don't limit the subscribers for your marketing email lists.

**What do you dislike about SocketLabs?**

The UI is not as pretty as SendGrid. But who cares? You got far more functions and technical options.

**What problems is SocketLabs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Transactional email API.
- Email marketing campaign blasts.
- Drip email campaigns (autoresponders).

**What do you like best about SocketLabs?**

It is easy to setup and easy to understand UI. Setting up the domains and and the help instructions for the DNS is good

**What do you dislike about SocketLabs?**

I wish you could keep your report data for longer. It would also be nice if you could have multiple SMTP server on a single plan

**What problems is SocketLabs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Great SMTP sending service

  ### 6. Email Marketing Game Changer!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zack P. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2020

**What do you like best about SocketLabs?**

Our company has been using SocketLabs since 2012. It didn't take long for us to determine SocketLabs is one of the best solutions for sending email.

The user interface is easy to use and provides all the features needed to send to email, no matter if its 1 hundred or 1 million emails an hour.

All the latest security features like DMARC & DKIM are easy to setup in the admin console. Updates to their software are timely and easy to setup.

Their customer service is top notch offering both phone and email support. We always had a positive experience when we needed customer support to troubleshoot any issues. In addition, they have extensive help guides in case you want to research things on your own.

**What do you dislike about SocketLabs?**

Honestly, there's not much to dislike about SocketLabs. There are a few minor quirks in the Hurricane MTA server application, but none of them are worrisome. I wouldn't be surprised if they address them in the next update, if they haven't already done so.

**What problems is SocketLabs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use SocketLabs to help us deliver email at a high success rate, minimizing emails being blocked or going to the spam folder. SocketLabs helps us accomplish this.

  ### 7. Better results than any other Email Marketing company

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospitality | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2021

**What do you like best about SocketLabs?**

Socketlabs emails are more likely to land in customer inboxes and not end up in spam.

**What do you dislike about SocketLabs?**

Email creation could be more user-friendly. I do not like that you can't adjust the font at all during email creation.

**What problems is SocketLabs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously we used Mailchimp, and got a lot of bounce back, or emails got stuck in spam. Now emails tend to make it into the customer's primary inbox. Our deliverability raised around 90%

  ### 8. Socketlabs Provides Quality SMTP Delivery

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael W. | Senior Manager Infrastructure and Compliance, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 17, 2020

**What do you like best about SocketLabs?**

Sockectlabs has the advantage of being simple to use while having the full set of features normally only available in highly priced onsite solutions. Having run onsite solutions in the past, they often required a fairly high level of expertise as well as constant tinkering. Socketlabs provides you with that level of function without the time and money investment.

The product also helps with the compliance to standard around good mail sending. These features are especially important when attempting to be a good mail sender and keeping off blackhole lists.

**What do you dislike about SocketLabs?**

While the product has powerful reports, it lacks a level of native alerting without going into API creation and setup. I would like to see the reporting expanded as well as several options for native event alerting.

Integration with a tool that reviews a message and checks it for possible consideration of spam would also be useful to have in the product, vs having to purchase a 3rd party tool.

**Recommendations to others considering SocketLabs:**

If you are tired of dealing with an SMTP onsite solution, or you are experiencing SMTP outages, I highly recommend this as an alternative. The price is reasonable, and the service is fantastic. The Support team is very responsive not only on setup but also on-going when there are product based questions. Overall setup time is very small.

**What problems is SocketLabs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Socketlabs replaced a costly alternative and has done a better job then the alternative onsite product that was being used. The pricing and service tiers as well as periodic billing choices allow for the solution to easily scale as needed to your business requirements.

  ### 9. Over than 5 years of partnership

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cesar F. | Product Supervisor, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2020

**What do you like best about SocketLabs?**

All those years of partnership can say by itself. SocketLabs does the job. Definitely the differential is the account management and the all the support.
On the feature aspect, highlights to the possibility to scale by adding new servers, each with a delivery configuration (custom bounce domain, DKIM signature and tracking) and the recently added possibility for each server to have multiple configurations.

**What do you dislike about SocketLabs?**

Not exactly a dislike, but business model for enterprises could be better structured. This was recently solved and Socket labs could meet our requirements.

**What problems is SocketLabs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our Business Unit is responsible for the Transactional emails for the biggest companies in Brazil on the Telecom, Banking/Financial, Insurance and Utilities segments. We have been running these business with SocketLabs since the beggining and they have shown to be the right partner to provide all we need to grow and keep the great quality of the service and deliverability.

We have been strengthening the partnership aiming our planned growth and we expect that the following years will be just as the successful as the previous.

  ### 10. SocketLabs varied tools, communication, marketing, analysis.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jose T. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 31, 2020

**What do you like best about SocketLabs?**

This is a platform that allows you to send emails from your application. It provides you with several functions and tools to make it a good option for outgoing mail in addition to a clean and organized interface to navigate without problems, it is easy to configure and use it, our team has a more fluid and constant work, daily we save a lot of time that we channel in other areas.

**What do you dislike about SocketLabs?**

We have not presented problems, our experience has been satisfactory. However, if it had a mobile application it would go a long way to monitor the board from a remote location and thus increase user performance within the platform.
You can improve the servers in order to protect the system and also offer higher performance in order to analyze data more optimally.

**Recommendations to others considering SocketLabs:**

This is a great solution for sending email, we can see the metrics and statistics that they provide in detail. We also granulate reports that allow our work team to save a lot of time and maintain work fluency, thus achieving the objectives set in an easier way. Totally recommended.

**What problems is SocketLabs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use this application to send tons of emails through the platform, without any problem and with greater efficiency. Our work team was able to extract statistics from their API to create new and ideal dashboards for our clients to measure the performance of their campaigns. Its configuration is simple when we send emails allows us to save a lot of time to the whole team and save a lot of time, this means we have better results in less time/

  ### 11. One less headache to worry about; ensure deliverability and traceability in one step.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex N. | Host, Producer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 28, 2020

**What do you like best about SocketLabs?**

Ease of use. It's easy to set up using the standard SMTP parameters or their API hooks with several applications; I just use their wordpress plugin and I'm up and running in 5m or less.

**What do you dislike about SocketLabs?**

I wish there was just a bit more control over logging and monitoring. Don't get me wrong, the existing tools are fine; but if it were up to me I'd add additional logging options.

**Recommendations to others considering SocketLabs:**

Be sure to read up on SMTP.

**What problems is SocketLabs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Email registrations for WooCommerce sites. I can now host in places where outbound SMTP is not permitted, like Azure.

  ### 12. When you are ready for a real solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 21, 2020

**What do you like best about SocketLabs?**

Simple setup with good tools to analyze your emails.

**What do you dislike about SocketLabs?**

I have not found problems with SocketLabs, yet.

**What problems is SocketLabs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Most of my activity is websites sending out emails for notifications, passwords, etc.

I have used a variety of the "free" SMTP gateways. They were always changing the rules on what could be sent, and when. Delivery was often a problem.

You don't often get feedback when your emails don't go through. The users just stop trusting your site.

SocketLabs provides a nice, simple, stable, platform to send through. Their reports let you know where problems may exist and give visibility on where email addresses may be entered incorrectly.

And it's always good to know that there is more available with SocketLabs if I need it. I know I'm just using a small portion of the service.

  ### 13. Outstanding Product and Service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeff S. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2020

**What do you like best about SocketLabs?**

SocketLabs platform is highly agile and easy to use. With their product we have been able to overcome multiple email delivery issues all while simplifying and unifying our email delivery services. The flexibility in account management and their systems allows for a multitude of configurations we are able to leverage. From their API to their simple SMTP connection we are able to fill the needs of our entire user based with one product. Couple that with an extremely reliable service, top-notch support and an account management team who is vested in your business, you really have no need to look elsewhere.

**What do you dislike about SocketLabs?**

There is nothing I can add here, they are head and shoulders above the others we have used.

**What problems is SocketLabs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Email deliverability, consolidated billing for multiple locations, unified services for proprietary applications as well as legacy systems.

  ### 14. Fantastic SMTP delivery service

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan H. | Senior Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2020

**What do you like best about SocketLabs?**

Easy to implement SMTP delivery service. Strong deliverability, customer support and a sleek analytics interface. The service is priced competitively as well.

**What do you dislike about SocketLabs?**

No complaints as of yet with Socketlabs.

**Recommendations to others considering SocketLabs:**

I highly recommend socketlabs to any mailer looking for a strong SMTP delivery service.

**What problems is SocketLabs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We deliver a large amount of emails in several verticals and socketlabs provides us an smtp service which hooks directly into our esp. We also manage several lists, and have a large amount of triggered mailings so we prefer to keep our operations within one ESP(Ongage). Socketlabs hooked right up to ongage seemlessly and we were able to begin sending almost instantaneously after some initial setup. We have scaled from 0 to 5 million emails/month in a small time frame while maintaining 99+% delivery and strong engagement with no signs of slowing down. We've worked with several smtp partners and socketlabs has been best in class in terms of scalability.

  ### 15. SocketLabs - Integrations from a developers point of view

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Louis W. | Lead Web and Mobile Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2020

**What do you like best about SocketLabs?**

The support staff is accessible. It genuinely feels like they are interested in helping by providing their experience. They have made this clear by the amount of time and effort they have put into their documentation. The API and documentation are very well done. They even have a variety of API options for different needs.

**What do you dislike about SocketLabs?**

I have used SocketLabs for a number of years. During this time, they have slightly altered their pricing plans a few times. This is understandable. However, as a partner that heavily integrates with them. Some of these pricing or package offering changes have taken us by surprise. Requiring us to alter our packages and pricing.

**Recommendations to others considering SocketLabs:**

It is a no-brainer. You are getting a great service. As a bonus, it comes with a great team. It isn't a major ordeal to get integrated with their offering. If you have a product that needs email. SocketLabs is the place to get it.

**What problems is SocketLabs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to provide reliable outgoing emails for our clients to engage their customers. We have noticed that they have a great deliverability rate.

  ### 16. Great service, great support!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Darian D. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2020

**What do you like best about SocketLabs?**

Quick response to questions, even as a free tier user. The service addressed the issues that we had prior to using them, and we haven't had any problems with mail delivery since switching. As we grow, we will certainly keep using SocketLabs and will incorporate their services into our growth and marketing strategy.

**What do you dislike about SocketLabs?**

While we haven't utilized their entire range of offerings, there is nothing so far with this service that we dislike.

**Recommendations to others considering SocketLabs:**

SocketLabs offers great service, low cost (or even free) tiers of services, and great support. While I can't speak for larger companies, they are great for smaller companies as they scale up their operations.

**What problems is SocketLabs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were initially using a service with a shared email server that was not monitored for spammers which caused our mail to be rejected because the entire server had been blacklisted. Government agencies frequently utilize these block lists and we would run into mail bouncing when corresponding with existing clients if someone else on the server had been spamming. SocketLabs is careful to be compliant and we have not had any delivery issues since switching to them from teh old service.

  ### 17. All the right tools, at the right cost. Serving emails to over 30,000 customers monthly.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2020

**What do you like best about SocketLabs?**

It has all the tools that we need and wanted. The reporting is great and accurate. The feedback and delivery is perfect. And the staff answers the phone when we call. They were very helpful walking us through fixing a mistake we made so it didn't affect the whole campaign. The cost was low for the amount of tools you get.

**What do you dislike about SocketLabs?**

they need to make the online portal a little prettier/streamlined. You have all the tools you need, but it would be nice if it had a front end designer come in and improve the UX.

**Recommendations to others considering SocketLabs:**

If you need the tools and the system to deliver high volume, quality emails to an engaged audience, Socket labs is for you. Their price is right and you will be happy with the tracking available.

**What problems is SocketLabs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have tried to used many other email marketing solutions. None of them could handle the volume of emails to keep up with our client base.
We have nearly 30,000 customers and we need to be able to give them monthly insights and updates and featured content. We are finally able to email our customer base in an easy and affordable fashion.

  ### 18. Powerful and Simple SMTP Service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jose G. | Senior Software Developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2020

**What do you like best about SocketLabs?**

I was looking for a service that would provide me an easy way to send emails. Setting up a full SMTP service is, not only complicated but expensive. With SocketLabs, the setup was a breeze, pretty much, set up my account and I was in with credentials ready to use.

I was very surprised at how much functionality they offer with the free tier. I never expected it to be that rich at $0 cost.

I think one of their best features is how they can track emails. The reporting capabilities are very nice. The reports of emails being sent and delivered are very helpful. They give me a good insight into what emails are actually sent and if they were delivered or not. When they are not delivered I can quickly read what happened and possibly address the situation.

**What do you dislike about SocketLabs?**

To be honest, I have not found anything that I dislike. The service is great, the support is great. Heck, even the documentation is great.

Perhaps the one thing I would like to see improved is the website navigation. Sometimes it takes me too many clicks to get to where I need to. I would suggest having a Google search like function to find what I need, select the option and it takes me there right away.

**Recommendations to others considering SocketLabs:**

Give it a try. They offer a free tier where you can test the functionality but trust me, you will stick with them.

**What problems is SocketLabs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to set it up quickly is one of the major benefits. Sending emails via SMTP is extremely easy.

The reports of emails being sent and delivered are very helpful. They give me a good insight into what emails are actually sent and if they were delivered or not. When they are not delivered I can quickly read what happened and possibly address the situation.

  ### 19. Postmaster is out of a job!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dan M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2020

**What do you like best about SocketLabs?**

SocketLabs is relatively easy to set up the basic functions - However within minutes of creating my account I was contacted by a SocketLabs expert (Eric) who gave me some extra hints and tips which were specific to what my issues were. What do I like the best? SocketLabs have solved my problems!

**What do you dislike about SocketLabs?**

It's a little clunky to set up - I'm not I.T minded and the language is foreign to me. But a quick guide from SocketLabs consultant and their online instructions had me set up fast.

**Recommendations to others considering SocketLabs:**

Have a look around and get to know the language. Then it's just a matter of implementing it and benefitting.

Improvise, adapt, overcome.

**What problems is SocketLabs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was sent to Socketlabs by an I.T Consultant who had tried almost everything to ensure my emails would hit their targets. I don't send blanket email marketing campaigns. I simply use to maintain contact with current and previous customers. Managing orders, organising deliveries and running my business. All of a sudden my emails (or I.P) were flagged. Around 30% of my emails were no longer hitting their target with frequent and inconsistent 'Post Master Delivery Failures'. I don't understand exactly what SocketLabs does to bypass this, but it does it. I've had ZERO failed deliveries since integrating SocketLabs and business is flowing again.

  ### 20. SocketLabs is reliable and makes my job easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karl B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2020

**What do you like best about SocketLabs?**

They handle unsubscribe requests seamlessly and they are plugged in to spam reporting with all the major e-mail providers. That means my opt-in list doesn't ever send to a person who's decided not to get our mailings any more.

**What do you dislike about SocketLabs?**

For quite a while, I had to log into a separate system to get a support ticket. It's been so long since I needed to report a problem that I'm honestly not sure if that is still true.

**Recommendations to others considering SocketLabs:**

Potential new customers of SocketLabs should feel free to ask for tech support. I've found that they are knowledgeable and helpful. I had a suggestion regarding their html editor and they implemented it surprisingly quickly. By the way, for what you get, their prices are quite affordable.

**What problems is SocketLabs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have two servers with them. One just does transactional mailings and they are never, ever blocked. With the other server, SocketLabs let me reach my customers with marketing/announcements very easily. We support geographically separate customers and it's trivial for us to send to just one metro area, or a combination of several. That's been critical when we have a few things to tell everyone or some message that needs to only go to one or two places.

  ### 21. Solid company, would recommend.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 29, 2020

**What do you like best about SocketLabs?**

Easy setup, a real person for tech support

**What do you dislike about SocketLabs?**

Some better reports and need to allow multiple SMTP connectors.

**What problems is SocketLabs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Transactional SMTP relay for in-house software.

  ### 22. SocketLab's transactional email service works great and is critical to my app's performance

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2020

**What do you like best about SocketLabs?**

My app is a lead generation tool that sends leads to users through transactional email notifications that are sent via SocketLabs' SMTP service. It's critical that my users receive their leads fast. If emails are delayed, or land in the spam folder, then the app's experience breaks. SocketLabs is the only piece of my infrastructure that works without any flaws. I never have issues and I never even have to contact support. Setup was super easy, I just dropped the SMTP credentials into code and worked great. I used Gmail's SMTP server for initial setup and testing, then cut over to SocketLabs after the app was built. Without SocketLabs, users would not have an easy way to receive leads. It works great with a web app built in the Django Python framework

**What do you dislike about SocketLabs?**

Nothing that I can think of. It would be cool to see an SMS feature.

**Recommendations to others considering SocketLabs:**

Sign up for a trial and give it a test.

**What problems is SocketLabs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sending transactional email notifications to users as soon as someone submits a multi-step lead capture form. Without SocketLabs, users would not have an easy way to receive leads. Thanks to SocketLabs, I was quickly able to build and launch the app without having to build a full blown backend for users to access leads, since all leads are sent straight through email.

  ### 23. SocketLabs Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bentley B. | Proctor - ACCA Exams, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What problems is SocketLabs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it helps me to delivery email and allow me to test the platform, so when client needed I can provide a solution

  ### 25. Really solid platform that can be better

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Market Research | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2020

**What do you like best about SocketLabs?**

The best feature of SocketLabs is the cost. It is free up to a certain number of users, which is a lot more generous that everything else out there. You can even customize and have control over its branding.

**What do you dislike about SocketLabs?**

It's difficult to manage mailing lists. Hard to create segments and cuts within segments. It is possible, just difficult.

**Recommendations to others considering SocketLabs:**

Read the features of SocketLab carefully. The software has some really promising features but managing lists is somewhat confusing.

**What problems is SocketLabs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I send out survey invitations to lists that have given us permission to email them.

  ### 26. My company has used SocketLabs for half a decade!

We enabled smarter email branding and analytics.

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2017

**What do you like best about SocketLabs?**

We have tried so many email delivery software till now, I can say SocketLabs provides unmatched email delivery into subscribers inbox. They are a good team to provide end to end support from contact upload to email delivery reporting , the response time is too low .

**What do you dislike about SocketLabs?**

To be very honest , I could not see anything below standard here , if an email marketing software gives you ultimate email delivery with high reputed Sender IP's , you can ignore old fashioned layout complaints. Social media integration part is somewhere weak.

**Recommendations to others considering SocketLabs:**

If you are struggling to get inboxed your emails for your truly opt-in subscriber , you should go for this emailing solution , A perfect combo of Transactional and promotional emailing service will amaze you.

**What problems is SocketLabs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are one of the most expensive Email marketing app in the industry.
Since , they send transnational and promotional mailers from same IP pool , there is a great chance to get transaction notifications into Gmail promotional tab.

**Recommendations to others considering SocketLabs:**

"I have been fighting to get your competitor to work for months.... no phone number, just an awkward way to 'submit a ticket’. I signed up with you today and within 30 minutes I was up and running. I made a phone call to your support team and they would not end the call until they were sure that I understood everything perfectly. You guys are great. Thank you."

**What do you dislike about SocketLabs?**

the auto generated password is not really a problem, but it is something I am not used to.

**Recommendations to others considering SocketLabs:**

3) good logging of transaction flow
4) efficient emailing techniques
5) actual server name and password are completely different than logon id (security feature)

  ### 36. Visual Designer

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anthony P. | Visual Designer, Internet, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 24, 2015

**What do you like best about SocketLabs?**

This statement on the website is very welcoming: "Consult With Your Team"

**What do you dislike about SocketLabs?**

As a Visual Designer I tend to notice design aesthetics that may throw off the viewer. One major thing I noticed is the "Customers Who Trust In SocketLabs" section has very low res images. These easy to miss flaws often detract credibility of the site/product. You should comb your site with a fine tooth and also spend time on the subtleties. The devil is in the details! :) Another example: inconsistent lighting/shadows on http://www.socketlabs.com/assets/illustration_customerservice.png and http://www.socketlabs.com/assets/illustration_integration.png and all other images on the homepage

and button inconsistency here: http://www.socketlabs.com/assets/freeBtn.png

Customer login should be a modal popup to improve user experience

**What problems is SocketLabs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sending out relevant emails to the right target demographic

  ### 37. SocketLabs - More like AwesomeLabs

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Greg H. | VP - Product Management, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2015

**What do you like best about SocketLabs?**

Been using Socketlabs for our 650 Customer Portals that serves about 30,000 users, we have a heavy email requirement for them around notices and documents that are posted on to the portals, What is the absolute best is that since we set up socket labs in 2011, we have had very few issues. Our mail is delivered and logged, without issue. It is a very solid service. Very Simple Set up and very reliable.

**What do you dislike about SocketLabs?**

What I didnt like is that we could not use SocketLabs as an adhoc list mailer. But that is now in beta, so we can use the app in our one off blasts to various lists.

**Recommendations to others considering SocketLabs:**

Do a trial. It is easy to get going and integrate, and then you can dive deeper with the rich set of tracking and the beta marketing.

**What problems is SocketLabs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Socketlabs for our outbound mail notification on our portals, with the amount of traffic we would create using an internal mail server, we would be spending days managing the black and white lists, spam and the like, something I would rather pay for than do myself. SocketLabs does it way better then we ever could.

We will be looking at the marketing sections now that that is out and getting ready for prime time. We currently use a different product for that, but to have all the list management in one place is a nice fetaure

Our emails get delivered. Delivery. Delivery. Delivery.

**What do you dislike about SocketLabs?**

Nothing... We have set up email sequences from Infusionsoft to go through Socket Labs. Our delivery increased by 5x as much which is as much a negative commentary on Infusionsoft as it is a positive commentary on SocketLabs...

**Recommendations to others considering SocketLabs:**

Don't be stupid. It's first and foremost about delivery.

**What problems is SocketLabs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Delivery... It can't get opened if it doesn't get delivered.
