**What do you like best about SmartHub App?**

This tool allows you to see usage, trends, historical data to help you predict future usage and explain billing changes.

**What do you dislike about SmartHub App?**

I didn't like the update to the usage graphs. While they were more visually pleasing it made changing the parameters and seeing the information I needed much more difficult as an employee.

**Recommendations to others considering SmartHub App:**

Using this app helps you to learn what's normal usage for you. This helps you know when your usage is high what might be causing it which will help you to fix the issue or change the behavior before you have a high bill.

**What problems is SmartHub App solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SmartHub can help you to see when and how much usage is changing to help identify possible problems based on what the user can confirm they were doing at the time. You might find that their high usage coincides with when they do laundry, or had company over. You can see the spikes in energy and it helps users understand their bill in a very real way.

**What do you like best about SmartHub App?**

Smart Hub is used to access all types of online accounts depending on where you are located and what your specific needs are. I use the app for my Southside electric cooperative. It allows me to access my account, view my usage, make payments, set up or update auto pay. It is very useful and a lot simpler than the web version. My favorite part is that it is now fingerprint enabled so I don't even have to sign in! I can sign in with my finger print! 

**What do you dislike about SmartHub App?**

I have recently ran into the issue of not being able to change my auto pay through the app. I am thinking it is a bug that the next update will fix but as of the last month I get an error message if I attempt to change, remove or alter my auto pay in any way.

**What problems is SmartHub App solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use apps to make my life easier. Apps can be organized in categories on my phone. They allow log in information to be kept sensitive and log ins to be easier and quicker with finger print design. This app allows me to do just that. I do not have to go to the online website, which is not mobile friendly and is a pain to use on sla smart phone. And I get to organize the app under the same folder as all if my other utility bills!

I like the fact we can see what our usage is per day, pay our bill, plan for upcoming bills

nothing really, it's easy to use, quick to send updates

None, I'm the customer, I use it for my business

**What do you like best about SmartHub App?**

SmartHub allows your members to take control of their account, from paying invoices, reporting outages, tracking usage, receiving notifications, etc.

**What do you dislike about SmartHub App?**

Haven't found one thing that we haven't liked.

**Recommendations to others considering SmartHub App:**

talk to any cooperatives that are using it and get real live feedback.  Our membership loves it.  I just wish we had a larger percentage of members that would take advantage of it.  Our membership is older so I think that impacts the number of users of SmartHub that we have.

**What problems is SmartHub App solving and how is that benefiting you?**

allows our more tech savvy members to pay their bills when they want.  We now have a lot fewer incoming phone calls to deal with

Smart Hub is easy to find your way around and easy to pay deposits or bills on line.

when I have used Smart Hub, I have been satisfied with its performance

It makes dealing with customers easier

after hours customer bill pay, customers can see their bill online, customers can leave us messages.
