## About SmartFP
SmartFP is a modular low-code platform that helps organizations digitize the internal agendas they still run on spreadsheets, email threads and disconnected point tools. Instead of buying a separate system for every department, teams configure the modules they need on a single shared data model — so an employee record, a customer, an asset or an approval workflow exists once and is reused everywhere, without duplicate entry or reconciliation between systems. The platform covers agendas across HR, finance, administration, operations and IT. Available modules include helpdesk and ITSM ticketing with SLA tracking, CRM and sales pipeline management, e-learning and employee training, invoice and document management, attendance tracking, leave and absence requests, document acknowledgement and read confirmation, and asset and contract registers. Each module can be used on its own or combined with others, and new agendas can be added as the organization grows — a company that starts with helpdesk often expands into onboarding, approvals or compliance records on the same platform. Because SmartFP is built on a low-code foundation, process changes — new fields, approval steps, forms, roles, reports or notifications — are configured rather than custom-developed. This shortens the gap between a process changing in real life and the system reflecting it, which is typically where in-house tools and rigid enterprise software start to fall behind. SmartFP also includes AI-assisted reporting: users describe the report or chart they want in plain language and the platform generates it, so operational reporting does not depend on analyst availability. SmartFP is deployed either on-premise or as SaaS, depending on the organization's data governance and security requirements, and exposes a REST API for integration with existing ERP, accounting, identity, document and payroll systems. Role-based permissions, audit trails and approval hierarchies are built in. The interface is available in Czech, English and German. The platform is designed for mid-sized and large organizations — typically 50 employees and up — that are growing, restructuring, consolidating a sprawl of legacy tools, or replacing an aging in-house application nobody wants to maintain. It is used across the private and public sector, including financial services, automotive, energy, media and government, by organizations such as Kooperativa, AAA AUTO, Foreigners.cz, AUTO JAROV and Czech Television. Typical buyers are IT directors and CIOs consolidating their application portfolio, COOs standardizing processes across sites and subsidiaries, CFOs looking to shorten approval and invoicing cycles, and HR, finance and administration leads who need their agenda digitized without waiting in the development queue. Organizations most often evaluate SmartFP against building internally, stitching together several single-purpose SaaS tools, or deploying a full ERP.
