Gappex is a Czech software vendor behind SmartFP, a modular low-code platform used by mid-sized and large organizations to digitize internal agendas across HR, finance, administration, operations and IT. Rather than selling a single fixed-scope application, Gappex delivers configurable modules — helpdesk and ITSM, CRM, e-learning, invoice and document management, attendance, leave requests and asset registers — that run on one shared data model. Deployments are available on-premise or as SaaS depending on the client's data governance requirements, with a REST API for integration into existing ERP, identity and payroll systems.
