They work hard and show up when needed. I never was let down. **What do you dislike about Sloboda Studio?** Sometimes Sloboda Studio staffs a very good engineer on multiple projects at the same time once they've proven themselves on a project. This talented engineer then get's overworked and disengaged, so you have to make sure that you clarify upfront that you want an exclusive engineer working just on your project. **Recommendations to others considering Sloboda Studio:** Hire a senior engineer, ask for them to only work on your project, and make sure you agree to a fair pay rate so that both you and Sloboda feel like you're helping each other in partnership instead of getting a low rate engineer and suffering the consequences. **What problems is Sloboda Studio solving and how is that benefiting you?** I hired Sloboda Studio in 2020 to act as an accessory engineering resource that could be used on-demand for my projects.
