Simple Schedule AI Reviews & Provider Details

SimpleScheduleAI is a managed nurse scheduling service built for Critical Access Hospitals in Texas with 25 beds or fewer. It delivers a compliant, post-ready schedule every cycle without requiring nursing staff to log into any software. The service handles the full scheduling build: coverage validation, overtime flagging, and Texas nursing compliance checks. When a nurse calls out, it generates a ranked replacement shortlist filtered by credential, availability, and overtime status so managers can fill the gap in minutes instead of hours. Hospitals send their staff list and shift structure via Excel. SimpleScheduleAI configures the rules, runs a validation cycle, and returns a draft schedule for manager review within two weeks. No IT integration required. No training burden for nursing staff. Designed for nurse managers and CNOs at small rural hospitals who are spending 8 to 12 hours per week building schedules manually and want that time back.
