Simmeth Reviews & Product Details

Simmeth SC-Manager is an AI-powered Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) platform for mid-sized and large enterprises. Developed and hosted in Germany, the SC-Manager is the central digital hub for all supplier-related processes – from initial onboarding through continuous evaluation, risk management, and strategic supplier development. End-to-End Supplier Lifecycle Management The SC-Manager covers the complete supplier lifecycle in a single, integrated SaaS solution. Procurement teams manage supplier onboarding with automated self-registration workflows, conduct qualification and classification using configurable scorecards, and maintain a structured 360° supplier file with all relevant documents, certificates, and KPIs in one place. Supplier Evaluation & Performance Management A methodical, weighted scorecard system combines hard facts (delivery performance, quality metrics) with soft facts gathered through web-based questionnaires. Detailed dashboards and drill-down reports provide real-time transparency into supplier performance across product groups and categories. Risk & Compliance Management The Risk & Compliance module consolidates internal assessments and external data sources – including financial risk indicators, Google Alerts, and the Fragile States Index – into a clear 360° risk overview. The SC-Manager supports compliance with the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG), EU CSDDD, REACH, RoHS, and CBAM. Collaboration & Supply Chain Communication An integrated supplier portal enables digital collaboration with suppliers worldwide. Tendering, order confirmations, complaint management, transport documents, and invoice processing are handled within a single, workflow-driven platform. AI-Powered Intelligence The built-in AI agent allows procurement teams to query their supplier database via natural language chat, receive automated risk alerts, and leverage AI-assisted document recognition (OCR). The AI continuously monitors the supplier lifecycle and surfaces risks proactively. Trusted by EWE Aktiengesellschaft, MAN Energy Solutions, Messe München, VBZ Zurich, and ÖBB. Certified with the "Software Made in Germany" seal. Fully GDPR-compliant, available as SaaS with ERP integrations (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics).
