What do you like best about Simcenter 3D?

The ability to deal smoothly with complex simulations with improved performance and stability is one of the new features of Simcenter 3D that I like very much. The enhanced working cycles and closer connection of modeling, simulation, and review of the results make the process more intuitive and quicker. The performance of Simcenter 3D can be developed further with optimization of performance of very large or complicated models because simulations might be resource-consuming. What do you like best about Simcenter 3D?

One thing I like about the new Simcenter 3D update is that NVH analysis for electric motors is much faster now. You can test designs and get vibration results quickly without long wait times. It really saves time and makes the work easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Simcenter 3D?

One thing Simcenter 3D could improve is how easy it is to set up models. It’s a very powerful tool, but sometimes building and preparing a simulation can feel more complicated than it needs to be. Small changes in the mesh can mess up selections or groups, and then you have to fix things again. That can slow you down and get frustrating.

What do you like best about Simcenter 3D?

Simcenter 3D is directly connected to NX and Teamcenter so gives an easy route to created a simulation process that works as part of a digital thread connected to the overall design process. The interface is easy to adopt and the common interface with NX makes implementation straightforward, the manuals provide good support to the customer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Simcenter 3D?

Simcenter 3D does not have the same strength in meshing and model build, especially for highly abstracted models, that some other preprocessors have.
