"An easy to use game changer of a tool"
5/5
What do you like best about Silktide?

I love how easy it is to use. The layout feels logical, so I can quickly find what I need without having to hunt around.

Being able to view different accessibility needs has been a game changer for me and has helped me look at content from a different perspective. In particular, the option to simulate what it looks like for someone with dyslexia or colour blindness really brings the impact to life.

The support during set up had been fantastic, Remonique has been great throughout the process. Setting up other users on it has been straight forward and easy to do and because of its ease of use, we've been able to dive in immediately. Even if we got stuck, having the Academy as back up has been reassuring.

Having AI built in has been great to help resolve any errors found. So if we have a grammar issue, it's there to help support with alternative wording we could use and by having it in the tool it means the AI already knows the context. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Silktide?

The report can take a while to complete; however, considering how much is being scanned and the outcomes it provides, that’s understandable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Huge Time-Saver for Spotting Website Improvements"
5/5
What do you like best about Silktide?

I really like the fact it can pick up many different things through out the website that could be improved. This very useful for me as I spend a lot of time trying to make improvements to having this allows me to save a lot of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Silktide?

It can take a while to scan the website, so if I wanted to work on it when I have 5 minutes free it's difficult to do that. However, the website we have it looking over, is big so it's a fair amount of time and the outcome is worth it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A complete digital roadmap for modern organisations"
5/5
What do you like best about Silktide?

Having used Silktide across multiple organisations, I have found it to be an indispensable asset for any digital team. What I like best is how it transforms accessibility from a guessing game into an actionable roadmap; it provides a clear score and tells you exactly what to fix and how to fix it.

Beyond UX, the technical SEO insights, such as meta description length and keyword focus, are spot on. It performs a comprehensive audit in minutes that would take a human a week to complete manually, ensuring the data is always fresh and relevant. I especially value the competitive benchmarking, which pushes us to aim higher than our peers. Whether it is catching broken links in PDFs, refining grammar, or monitoring reading levels, Silktide offers the 'quick wins' needed to improve a site on the spot.

Silktide has become a core part of my business-as-usual tasks. The addition of heatmaps has been a revelation, as it allows me to understand exactly how users are navigating the site, which information needs to be more prominent, and what pain points they are experiencing. This data is vital for making the experience better for them. Furthermore, the support is excellent. I have used the chatbot system previously, and the help and answers from the Silktide team are always quick and provide a clear explanation as to what went wrong. It is a powerful, all-in-one inventory and quality control tool regardless of your sector. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Accessibility Compliance with Silktide"
5/5
What do you like best about Silktide?

I use Silktide for my enterprise to ensure that hundreds of websites are accessible. It allows us to automate accessibility scanning and reporting, making it possible for users across our organization to see reports and address usability and accessibility concerns. This leads to a significantly improved user experience for our site users. I really like its ease of use, and the informative charts, reports, and metrics that it provides. I'm particularly focused on the accessibility reports, which help us comply with WCAG A and AA standards. The tool allows us to see issues clearly and provides a lot of details, making it easy to correct any problems that are identified. I can easily navigate to the Accessibility section and find the pages with the lowest scores at the top, view the issues along with explanations of the problems, and get instructions on how to fix them. I can also send a direct link to the report, which is viewable by users who don't even need to log into Silktide. Setting up Silktide was very easy, surprisingly easy, and about 200 people at my company use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Silktide?

I sometimes have a hard time remembering the name. There are way too many two syllable "S" tech products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Silktide Makes Accessibility and Usability Management Easy for Our Small Team"
5/5
What do you like best about Silktide?

Silktide helps our small team manage the accessibility and usability of a large academic library research website. It provides guidance on how to best address issues and allows us to prioritize and communicate as a team about the most pressing issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Silktide?

I do wish that it was easier to communicate as a team inside of Silktide, instead of having buried comments tucked behind individual issues on specific pages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly and Essential for Accessibility Management"
5/5
What do you like best about Silktide?

I find Silktide to be very user-friendly and easy to use. The content score and accessibility score are super helpful features, enabling us to track and target specific scores for each section of our large enterprise website. I really like that we have an unlimited number of users, which is nice to have. The platform helps us track and identify issues, making it easier to manage our very large website with thousands of pages. It provides an overview of the site's health, helping us keep things under control. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Silktide?

Sometimes there are some very minor bugs like false positives, so we need to check manually if that's a true bug that needs to be corrected or it's a false positive. Maybe the setup for the custom policies is a little bit more tricky, but it's doable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Website Audits with Clear, Actionable Insights"
5/5
What do you like best about Silktide?

Silktide makes something that’s normally a huge headache feel straightforward. The platform breaks down accessibility, content issues, SEO gaps, and website performance into clear, actionable pieces that I can actually prioritize. Instead of staring at a long list of vague problems, I know exactly what needs to be fixed and why it matters. The score system and visual breakdowns make it easy to communicate issues to non-technical teams, which saves me a ton of time and back-and-forth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Silktide?

The biggest drawback is that some parts of the interface feel a little dense at first. There’s a lot of information packed into the platform, which is great once you know your way around it, but the learning curve can be a little steep. I also think some features could use faster refresh cycles when updates are made to a site. Nothing major, just small things that would make the workflow feel smoother. "Exceptional WCAG Compliance Platform with Outstanding Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Silktide?

Silktide is a great platform to not only track WCAG compliance but also improve digital content in general. Though we use Silktide primarily to follow our progress towards AA compliance, it's proven a good asset to quickly optimise landing pages.

We've used another WCAG compliance tool (Monsido) and Silktide offers a much better experience. The platform is easy to navigate and makes it also easy to collaborate to solve tasks.

The support Team as always been very responsive and helpful. When our subscription became marginally outstretched by the amount of content we have to analyse, they quickly came up with options to improve our setup and also offered a fair solution to enable a full scan of our website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Silktide?

A full scan of our website is fairly long (5h) but as we are running it only monthly we don't worry about it too much.

It sometimes, take a few clicks to reach the bottom level of an issue, but again it's not a major issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
