I like that it has many functions and seems like sigma has thought of it all. Its easy to use for my analytics team as well as the end user the different marketing teams. The most helpful things i find is their UI, very user friendly and easy to create and manage calculated fields and metrics. It also has quite a few visualization charts that can help with the ad-hoc report building as well as dashboard builds. I highly appreciate their customer support.
