I like how quickly Sherlock Calls turns customer conversations into useful insights. Instead of spending time searching through calls, I can focus on recurring concerns, important feedback, and points that need follow-up. I like the call summaries, conversation insights, and the ability to quickly identify key topics within a call. The summaries are especially useful because I can understand the main points without replaying an entire conversation. I also get a better overall view of what customers are experiencing and can spot patterns across different conversations. The initial setup was pretty simple. I think the accuracy of some of the call insights could be improved. Occasionally, a summary can miss the context behind a customer’s question or give too much importance to a minor part of the conversation, so I still need to check the original call before acting on it.
