Currently, it doesn't allow inviting clients as read-only to 1 specific project, nor does it provide white label reports in pdf format with full audit and rank tracking stats, so to show our clients the results requires a video call with a screencast. It can take days for us to get a response on chat, which breaks the confidence of users when investing in such early projects. Fast and effective support it's like 90% part of the success of a startup, not the tool itself. Also, it can sometime be very slow if you keep adding keywords to track.
