The system is easy to navigate and straightforward. I appreciate the logical divisions between functions and that information is easily accessible. **What do you dislike about SedonaOffice?** One thing that makes it challenging to work with Sedona is that the user must manually update all the information they want in the system. There are limitations on the system's ability to draw information from external sources, as well as its ability to extract internal system information for external use. I personally worked a data maintenance project that took longer than it should have because there were no mechanisms for efficiency. **What problems is SedonaOffice solving and how is that benefiting you?** The business problems that Sedona helps me solve relate to payables billing, inventory maintenance, and purchasing. I use Sedona daily to enter and reconcile bills, enter inventory counts, and update purchasing information. This allows employees across different departments to have access to the same information so we are all on the same page. ### 2. I tend to have it up all day as I use it a lot and find myself having to log in multiple times throughout the day. It also works best when all parties input necessary information to keep everyone connected **What problems is SedonaOffice solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps with communication between departments and gives a central place where everyone can input notes. It makes things me more productive and performance increased because I don't have to go and chase down multiple sales, install, or product management representatives to get the information that I need ### 3. There is a huge potential in developing this for use in other industries as well. **What do you dislike about SedonaOffice?** Its not usable in automobile industries or in the FMCG industries as the solutions are not tailored for their requirements. You can reference everything from one screen once you have the account located. **What do you dislike about SedonaOffice?** It looks dated. Also, when attempting to open certain documents or jobs, it sometimes takes a while, or once you click off the screen, it is hard to locate the windows you opened previously. **What problems is SedonaOffice solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows me to be able to reference necessary customer information at a glance when it comes to customer start date and current pricing. ### 6. Sedona is an excellent software.
