Generated using AI from real user reviews
Users consistently praise the software for its ease of use and accurate transcriptions, which significantly enhance productivity during meetings. The intuitive interface allows users to focus on discussions rather than note-taking, while the automatic summaries and action items streamline follow-ups. A common limitation noted is the occasional inaccuracy in transcriptions, particularly in noisy environments.

"Simple and Efficient Automatic Note Taking"
5/5
What do you like best about Scribbl?

I really like the fact that with Scribbl, there is no robot connecting during the meeting and everything happens in the background. This allows me to take notes effectively while staying focused on the meeting. Everything is done automatically, which is fast and eliminates connection issues. From my interlocutor's point of view, it remains professional since they don't see a robot connected. Installing Scribbl was also very simple, with just an extension to add on Chrome. What do you dislike about Scribbl?

AI transcription sometimes is not precise enough or imperfect, so sometimes there are parts that may not correspond to what we said. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"the automatic summaries and the search really save my day."
4/5
What do you like best about Scribbl?

I easily catch up on the parts I missed during meetings — the automatic summaries and the search really save my day.

What I like most is that the summaries appear right after the call ends, without any “bot” joining the room and distracting the team. The Chrome extension for Google Meet records, transcribes, and generates AI notes at the end of the meeting, which makes the whole process simple and reliable. The search lets me quickly find the key moments whenever I miss something due to distraction or audio issues. Sharing and the integrations with our CRM, Slack, and Google Drive keep everyone aligned with zero extra effort.

The downside is that in very noisy calls or unstable connections, some parts of the transcript can be inaccurate. Even so, the summary gives the necessary context and works well in most situations — which is expected for any transcription tool.

Scribbl solves a recurring problem for me: I often miss parts of the conversation because of distraction or low audio. With it, I don’t need to interrupt the meeting to ask people to repeat themselves; I can jump to the exact point using search, read the summary with decisions and next steps, and move on. I have much more clarity after meetings and save time when sharing takeaways with the team, thanks to the automatic sharing and integrations.

I mostly use it in sales calls with clients who have poor audio, in 1:1s, and in daily standups. I just start the call, let Scribbl run, and by the end I already have the transcript and summary ready to review and share.

If you join lots of meetings and can’t always catch everything, Scribbl becomes a true “attention backup.” After a few weeks of use, it became indispensable in my workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scribbl?

I’m very satisfied with Scribbl overall, so my suggestions are mostly for additional features that would enhance the experience. In terms of platform coverage, Scribbl currently works best with Google Meet, but I would appreciate native support for Zoom and Teams without needing to use workarounds. When it comes to real-time notes, summaries are only available after the meeting ends; having live or rolling notes during longer calls would be very helpful. Like most AI transcription tools, Scribbl’s accuracy can decrease when there is background noise or overlapping voices, so improved noise robustness would be a welcome improvement. The free plan offers 15 meeting credits per month, which is generous, but frequent users may find themselves reaching the limit quickly. Lastly, while the privacy policy is clear, I would like to see more detailed retention options and in-product privacy settings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Scribbl Makes Meeting Notes Effortless with Clear Summaries and Action Items"
5/5
What do you like best about Scribbl?

I’ve been using Scribbl for over a year, and I’ve consistently loved it. Beyond capturing meeting notes, it also provides summaries and action items, which help me quickly grasp the key points from each meeting. I highly recommend it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scribbl?

Some words and terms — especially technical terminology — were transcribed inaccurately. While that’s understandable, I hope Scribbl can improve over time and handle these kinds of terms more accurately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Scribbl Makes Meeting Notes Effortless and Saves Time"
5/5
What do you like best about Scribbl?

Scribbl acts as an intelligent filter, effortlessly cutting through the noise of meetings and transcribing it real time. It automatically starts transcribing meeting notes and at the end of the meeting you can see a summary with action items, greatly simplifying the follow up work that needs to be done. More importantly it retains the meeting transcipts for a period of time so that you can always get back to it a few days later if need be. Has personally saved me a lot of time and effort. What do you dislike about Scribbl?

Feature wise like everything it has but would love to see a feature like introducing voice commands to perform actions during the meeting, such as "Scribbl, take a note," "Scribbl, assign an action item to [Name]," or "Scribbl, highlight this section. more so like an Alexa assistant who is taking notes and we want to introduce additional action items not necessarily discussed in detail during the meeting. "Reviewing meeting discussions with accurate transcripts and recordings."
5/5
What do you like best about Scribbl?

The best part about Scribbl is its ability to automatically record meetings and provide accurate transcripts almost instantly. It saves a huge amount of time compared to manual note-taking and ensures that nothing important gets lost. I also like the search and highlight features, which make it easy to find specific points in long meetings. The integration with conferencing tools is smooth, and the transcripts are clear enough to share directly with team members. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scribbl?

Occasionally, the transcript accuracy drops with overlapping speakers or heavy accents, which requires some manual editing. Also, the formatting of transcripts could be more customizable for easier sharing and presentation. Finally, I wish there were more advanced analytics or summaries built-in to quickly highlight action items from meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
