It’s reliable, low-friction, and doesn’t make a big deal about itself. I like that it’s not “in your face” during meetings. It just listens and delivers clean, useful notes after, that can be tailored to any style you want (my default is TLDR up top, Action items, callouts and owners, then summary). No weird formatting, no clutter. It's easy to forget it’s even running, and that’s a good thing. I've only had to reach out to support once early on to understand something and it was fast and easy.
