Scribarius Reviews & Product Details

Scribarius is an AI email assistant for Gmail, Outlook and Zoho Mail that helps professionals respond faster and stay organized, right inside the inbox they already use. It reads each incoming email and its thread, then drafts a reply using your FAQs, documents, calendar availability and contact details. Drafts wait in the conversation for you to review and send: nothing is sent without you by default. Key features: - Reply drafts grounded in your own knowledge base - Automatic follow-ups when an email gets no reply, stopping as soon as the contact answers - Forwarding by topic, using rules written in plain language - Smart labels by status, urgency, sentiment and topic, as native Gmail labels or Outlook categories - Task detection with steps and deadlines, linked to the original email - Smart templates with variables and conditions, sent now or scheduled Scribarius integrates with Zendesk, Freshdesk, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar, and supports 11 languages. It is GDPR compliant, its databases are hosted in France, and the content of the emails it processes is never stored. Plans start with a free tier. The Business plan adds a shared team workspace.
