Is Scrapfly free, or does it offer a free trial?

How much does Scrapfly cost in 2026?

According to G2 data, Scrapfly pricing in 2026 starts at $30.00 and can reach $500.00 depending on the selected plan. Pricing may vary based on billing terms or usage, so users should review the Scrapfly's official pricing page for the most current details.

Who is Scrapfly pricing best suited for?

According to G2 reviews of Scrapfly, the pricing is best suited for small businesses and solo developers running production scraping workloads against bot-protected sites. Virtually all G2 reviewers fall into the small business segment across industries including real estate, financial services, marketing, computer software, legal services, and RegTech. The Discovery tier at $30.00 per month suits low-volume users or those evaluating Scrapfly before scaling. The Pro and Startup tiers at $100.00 and $250.00 per month fit SaaS builders and small teams with consistent monthly scraping needs. The Enterprise tier at $500.00 per month targets higher-volume operations needing the lowest per-credit overage rate. Academic and individual users find the plan gaps between tiers harder to justify.

What are the key differences between the free and paid versions of Scrapfly?

Scrapfly's free tier provides access to core features including anti-scraping protection, residential proxies, geo-targeting, and JavaScript rendering, but G2 reviewers note the free credits are limited and deplete quickly during testing. One reviewer flagged that free trial credits disappeared upon upgrading to a paid plan rather than stacking. Scrapfly's paid plans begin at $30.00 per month with the Discovery tier and unlock higher credit volumes and concurrency limits. The Pro tier at $100.00 per month introduces pay-as-you-go overage at $3.50 per 10k credits, with rates improving to $1.20 per 10k at the $500.00 per month Enterprise tier. Reviewers on lower paid tiers cite concurrency caps as the primary friction point driving upgrade consideration.

Is Scrapfly considered good value for its pricing?

G2 reviewers broadly consider Scrapfly good value, with the majority awarding 4.5 to 5 stars despite recurring cost complaints. High ratings alongside pricing gripes signal a premium tool that delivers on its promises. Reviewers frequently cite reliable anti-bot bypass against Cloudflare, DataDome, and Akamai as justifying the cost, with several noting Scrapfly is cheaper than BrightData for equivalent capability. The credit-multiplier system draws the most criticism: stacking ASP, JavaScript rendering, and residential proxies can consume 30-plus credits per request, making unoptimized pipelines expensive fast. Academic and individual users find the plan gaps hardest to absorb, while small business operators running production scraping workloads consistently describe Scrapfly's pricing as reasonable relative to competitors.

"Great product but their billing system is setup to rip you off."

What do you like best about Scrapfly?

Scrapfly has been a practical and dependable way to access sites that simply reject normal cloud-server requests. It gave us browser rendering, anti-bot handling, and proxy options that let us scrape sources like Waverley Council events and Cloudflare-protected publications from Replit when direct requests were blocked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scrapfly?

I paid for a basic plan to test it out, and that part went well. Once I started scraping, I needed more credits, so I upgraded to the Pro plan. After that, I ended up going way over my credits with no notifications or emails. Eventually I received an email saying my overage charges were getting too high.

I had no idea I was over my limit, and I didn’t realize it would just keep spending like that. No problem I tried to upgrade to a higher tier, but it wanted me to pay the pay-as-you-go rate on top of the new tier. Customer support says they can't/won’t fix it. It’s a good product, but it’s horribly run, with terrible cost management tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
