I really like ScrapeHero's UI, it's easy to use and makes finding exactly what I want simple. Their support team is amazing; they're actually helpful and answer questions, which i find is becoming rare. The scraping tools are well organized, and they provide a variety of options to search for specific criteria. It's also great that I can trust the real, actionable information they provide. This helps us identify better leads, saving time and focusing on clients we can actually help. I would suggest an option for a rollover credit at a higher per credit fee since some months we don't need their service and haven't used the previous month's credits. Or offering a lower cost per credit subscription model and a higher cost per non-expiring credit as an alternative would be good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
