ScopeRescue Reviews & Product Details

ScopeRescue is estimating and invoicing software built by a licensed contractor who's been in the trades since trade school. It's made for remodelers and handymen who are tired of bidding on a notepad, and it works for subs, residential contractors and painters too. Enter the client, the zip code and the job type. ScopeRescue pulls regional labor and material costs for all 50 states, adjusted for your zip code. Add line items from a trade library, set your overhead, profit and contingency, and send a branded PDF estimate in under 5 minutes. When the client approves, convert the estimate to an invoice in one click with a 30/40/30, 50/50 or custom payment schedule, then track it until it's paid. Your crew clocks in and out from their phones, and those hours flow into job costing. On Pro you can also log material, labor and sub costs to see projected vs. actual profit, and you can create, send and track change orders when the scope grows mid-job. Plans start at $39/month (Starter), with Pro at $59 and Premium at $79. Every plan includes unlimited estimates. Try every feature free for 30 days, no credit card required, and cancel anytime.
