## About Scan ERP
Scan ERP is a garment manufacturing ERP built specifically for CMT (Cut, Make, Trim) factories in South Asia and emerging garment markets. The software was created by Dr. Santosh Rijal, a medical doctor and CMT factory owner in Bharatpur, Nepal, after testing and rejecting four existing ERP systems at his own factory. Trishakti Apparel runs Scan ERP across 100+ machines and 150+ workers, with over 1,400,000 pieces tracked through the system to date. Operators on the sewing floor scan a QR-coded label on every fabric bundle at every workstation. That single scan handles four jobs at once: it records who did the work, calculates piece-rate pay automatically, updates the live work-in-progress dashboard, and unlocks downstream operations once dependencies are met. The same scan data feeds biometric attendance, WhatsApp report bots, and end-of-month payroll. No paper tickets, no tally sheets, no end-of-month reconciliation marathons. Scan ERP is built for the realities of factories in Bangladesh, India, Vietnam, Cambodia, and Ethiopia where internet drops three to five times daily. A Raspberry Pi runs as a local cache so operators keep scanning during outages and everything syncs when connectivity returns. Implementation runs in 2 weeks instead of the 3 to 6 months typical of SAP, Centric, or FastReact. No setup fees, no per-user fees, no multi-year contracts. Custom pricing per factory based on size, hardware needs, and integration scope.
