I always enjoy how well the SAP systems and programs work together - if everything within a company is SAP, they'll at least sync up well and make sure your information transfers from one program to another. SAP is a major player in this space, and as such has strong support and market presence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about SAP BW/4HANA? As with most SAP systems, if the program isn't customized, the interface can be cumbersome, outdated, and difficult to work with unless one has had extensive training. The program is not as intuitive as it could be, and would most likely be easier to use if a company makes some changes and customizations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering SAP BW/4HANA: If you're using this product, you're most likely using other SAP products. I think it would be worth the time and effort to become more technically proficient in SAP in order to make the most of their offerings. SAP products seem to have a steeper learning curve than some other products, but they do work well when understood and when tailored to individual companies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is SAP BW/4HANA solving and how is that benefiting you? I used SAP BW to track inventory, manages orders, and make sure I was informed about supply chain issues. Having access to this information helped me make quicker business decisions and provide real-time information to my customers. The best thing i like is how you can create a Z query for other users to replicate and change to their own query through renaming. This works well with Analysis for Excel.
