Sama provides high annotations’ accuracy, which is above 95% in many scenarios. **What do you dislike about Sama?** I have experienced occasional gaps of unplanned time off with Sama’s platform solely. These disruptions can be quite annoying at times, I am racing against time and the annotation process is slowed down. **What problems is Sama solving and how is that benefiting you?** I create are learning from poor data, which results in poor model performance. Sama’s accurate data annotation is important for the development of efficient and strong AI models. This way, I don't feel overwhelmed with different levels of knowledge, but rather, I get the opportunity to just do my best. My documentation project has increased the accuracy and speed through the use of Sama labeling tools. **What do you dislike about Sama?** The language support for Sama is not so comprehensive. It does so by favouring common languages along with difficulties of working on less common ones. This has for me pushed me to look for outside help or scale down on the extent to which I gather data. **What problems is Sama solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sama resolves the biggest barrier of the data labeling – the problem of getting professional and precise labor force. We can add and remove resources with short notice and complete large amounts of manual, digital work quicker and at a lower cost than with any other vendor. Thus, Sama's expertise regarding our specific digital marketing needs is not that of a traditional digital marketing agency.
