Unfortunately, there are still errors in the transcripts, so of course, further editing is necessary. However, this is normal since we ourselves spoke in a confused manner during the interview. The structure of the application and the customer interface are very clear, well-organized, and logically constructed. I particularly like the integration into various applications – in my case, into the "Google world" and PipeDrive. Overall, I have the impression that the technology is very well thought out and competently implemented. If there are any problems, they are addressed very quickly and appropriately corrected.

The transcription also seems to work very well: I was often amazed at what – and especially at what quality – accurate summaries were created from recordings I "only" uploaded.

Functionally, I can't think of anything at the moment. Suggestions are also immediately accepted. One thing that bothers me is that after the license or subscription expires, all data is gone or no longer accessible. I don't think that's right. What I like most about Sally AI is how much time it saves while still delivering highly accurate meeting summaries, even when the discussions are complex. It’s also very easy to use, whether I upload a recording or have Sally join the meeting directly. I now use Sally AI very often in my meetings, both online and in-person. The onboarding was very good and structured, which makes usage significantly easier. The user interface is user-friendly and self-explanatory. The transcription and summary impress me every time. The additional possibilities with insights, sales metrics, etc., are an excellent add-on. A big advantage is also the integration into M365 (Calendar, OneNote, To Do,...).
