Easy to install! Run the installer, reboot your domain controllers, and it just works. The documentation is easy to follow. It's easy to test. Just try to set a bad password - and get a message stating that you cannot use that password. As an administrator you want to know that your staff is trying to set a bad password and is not able to. These failures are easily found in the Windows Application Event log. This information also helps you to understand where you need to educate your users about choosing sensible passwords. Error messages in the event log will clue you in as to why a particular password could not be used (i.e. "too similar" to their username, etc).
Obtaining a quote, and getting a license was quick and painless. Support has also been very responsive and helpful in addressing some unique situations in my environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My dislikes of Safepass.me are more to do with how Microsoft Windows handles this class of application which is a "password filter". I wish there was a method to carry the feedback all the way back to a user who is trying and failing to set a password. Sadly - we can only tell the user that their password was not accepted, and to try again. Hopefully Microsoft eventually provides this information to folks like Safepass.me who can make it accessible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
