You chain steps, an image generation feeding into an image-to-video pass feeding into an upscale, and run the chain as one unit instead of babysitting each stage by hand. For repeatable formats, we produce a recurring social series with a fixed visual recipe, setting the recipe up once and feeding it new inputs is exactly the kind of boring automation that saves an hour a week without anyone noticing. The lip sync and voice tools on the Pro tier get qualified approval from me. The setup was easy, and I think even new users without an AI background would find it simple to grasp. **What do you dislike about Runway?** It takes time because it creates its own AI models. And, like, I don't have an option to switch to other existing models from other tools, which are better. We have to stick with Runway model only for text to video. To make matters worse, when I reached out for a refund, it was flatly refused despite the product clearly not delivering on its promises. I ended up wasting both time and money. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend this service to anyone looking for professional or even basic creative tools.
