RIVS is the most useful interviewing tool we've used, hands down. Even with our own pre-qualifying processes we wasted a ton of time interviewing candidates that ended up to be terrible fits. Using RIVS allows for qualifying interviews to occur at a much quicker pace as I no longer have to schedule face to face or Skype interviews between candidates and the hiring manager. While the majority of our candidates find RIVS to be a fairly simple platform to use we do still have perhaps up to 1/4 of candidates that experience issues with loading the questions, the screen blacking out during the recording or submitting the response before they were ready.
