What do you like best about Risk Ledger?

The logical and intuitive interface made completion of the customer's security assessment simpler than others that we have encountered.

First run through took some time, but we appreciate the fact that bi-annual follow-ups can be updated and confirmed easily, with new requirements clearly highlighted.

The ability to include additional colleagues was helpful and has not always been possible in other customer systems.

While we have been able to use our responses for other client's security assessments, we can see the potential benefits to us of having multiple customers using the Risk Ledger platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Completion of our first response was a lengthy process, but this is presumably due to individual customer requirements and the one-click removal of non-relevant sections was a plus.

Very nice UI, easy to understand and just get stuck in. Have only really used the assessment pages for now. I can see there is a lot more going on in the tool which almost worries me, am I missing something in one of those tabs! But happy to work in here on this assessment. Initial confusion when I logged in as to where the actual assessment was. The assessment tab was just one of many. We use Loopio, didn't see an option to download in CSV or excel so couldn't import there. Makes sense I guess :) I can see there is a lot more going on in the tool which almost worries me, am I missing something in one of those tabs! But happy to work in here on this assessment. Would like an option to attach a full security folder somewhere, with many files, as I have to open it and remove each file relevant to the question. Possibly me being lazy. One of our features, profile sharing can be used to create a shared link to your security profile on Risk Ledger in the scenario that a client sends you a manual questionnaire to complete!

I'd also like to reference your feedback on having a central repository or folder for your documentation when uploading to the platform - the good news is this is something we're actively working on to bring this functionality to the product!
