Reservus IA Reviews & Product Details

Reservus IA is an AI-powered booking and customer service platform that answers your business phone, takes reservations and keeps your calendar full, 24 hours a day, without missing a single call. Developed by Mr Crab 7, a digital and AI agency based in the Canary Islands (Spain), it is designed for restaurants, hospitality and tourism businesses, beauty and hair salons, aesthetic and dental clinics, professional offices and any service business that lives on appointments. The core of Reservus IA is its AI voice assistant. It picks up every call with a natural, friendly voice, understands what the customer needs, checks availability in real time and confirms the booking automatically. It speaks 9 languages, so international guests and tourists are served in their own language at no extra cost. Calls and the booking system work together in one package: every reservation made by phone, website or WhatsApp lands in the same calendar. Key features: - AI phone assistant that answers, books, changes and cancels reservations 24/7 - Online booking system with a real-time calendar and a mobile app to manage everything from your phone - Automatic confirmations and reminders by SMS and email to reduce no-shows - WhatsApp chatbot and AI web assistant connected to the same booking engine - Digital menu created from a photo: upload a picture of a dish and the AI identifies it and suggests descriptions, published in 9 languages and downloadable as a QR code - Customer reviews module to grow your reputation on Google - Back office with reservation management, customer records and loyalty card Optional modules extend Reservus IA into a complete growth system: a customer management (CRM) module with AI agents that bring back past customers on special dates, a community management module for social media, and a fast, SEO and GEO-optimized website with its own domain, built to rank on Google and appear in AI answer engines such as ChatGPT and Gemini. Unlike generic booking tools, Reservus IA is installed and configured by an expert team. Onboarding includes setting up the AI assistant with your business information, menu or services, opening hours and policies, connecting your phone line and Google Business Profile, and training your team on the mobile app. There are no commissions per booking: you pay a clear monthly fee based on the size of your business, with plans for small businesses, growing teams and multi-location groups. Data protection is built in: Reservus IA is designed around the GDPR, every client receives a data processing agreement, and access to dashboards is restricted and logged. Reservus IA helps business owners stop losing customers to unanswered calls, save hours of admin every week and give every guest a fast, professional experience in their language.
