Request Desk Reviews & Product Details

RequestDesk is Figment’s TDS request and query management system: a helpdesk and ticketing tool. Branches, back-office teams and TDS vendor teams use it to raise, track and resolve TDS requests in one workflow, instead of over email. It’s built mainly for banks, and it’s part of the FigmentOne platform. The problem it solves: in a bank, TDS queries start at the branch. A customer needs a Form 16A, a PAN was captured wrongly, or TDS is missing from their Form 26AS. RequestDesk turns each of these into a ticket that moves from the branch to the back-office or TDS vendor team and back, with its status visible at every step. Requests you can raise Request Example TDS correction Wrong amount, section or date on a transaction in a filed quarter PAN correction PAN missing, invalid or inoperative on a customer or vendor transaction Form 16A / TDS certificate A customer asks for the TDS certificate of a filed quarter TDS mismatch query The customer can’t see the TDS in Form 26AS TDS refund query Tax was deducted in excess and needs correcting Key features : Three-step request: pick the topic and purpose, update the details, attach documents.
