Appfolio Reviews & Product Details

AppFolio is an AI‑native application portfolio management platform that helps CIOs, enterprise architects, and IT leaders discover, govern, and optimise every application across their organisation. It automatically discovers sanctioned and shadow IT applications, maps real‑time dependencies, and connects each app to business capabilities. AppFolio provides explainable AI recommendations to retire, replace, or migrate redundant software – reducing application costs by 20‑30% and cutting audit preparation time by up to 70%. Key capabilities include automated discovery, real‑time dependency mapping, AI‑powered rationalisation (6R framework), capability‑to‑application mapping, and built‑in governance with approval workflows. AppFolio integrates with Jira, ServiceNow, CMDBs, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and natively supports ArchiMate 3.2.
