## About Rentouri Rental Software
Rentouri is rental shop software for ski, snowboard and bike rental businesses, with an online booking marketplace built in. It replaces the desktop program, the paper agreements and the spreadsheet with one system that runs in the browser, and it gives the shop a new sales channel at the same time. For the rental shop, Rentouri is a complete rental management system. Inventory management goes down to the individual unit: every listing has its sizes, and every pair of skis or every bike has its own asset tag, notes and rental history. Availability is calculated in real time across walk-in and online bookings, so the shop cannot oversell a size. Pricing is flexible: a price list per listing for any rental duration, from an hour to several weeks, reusable price structures that apply to many listings at once, and seasonal rules for peak dates. At the counter, the point of sale board shows today's pickups, gear that is out and returns. Staff hand out equipment by scanning a barcode or the customer's QR code, collect a digitally signed rental agreement on a tablet, and record payments by cash or card, including split payments and damage deposits. Returns, damage reports, extensions and no-shows are handled in the same flow. A weekly calendar shows every booking per product and size. Online bookings are paid upfront through Stripe and paid out directly to the shop's bank account. The shop chooses between instant confirmation and request-to-book, sets its own cancellation policy, damage deposit and optional damage waiver, and the customer signs the rental agreement online before paying. Automatic confirmation, pickup and return reminder emails are included. For travelers, rentouri.com is a ski rental and bike rental marketplace where they book the exact gear they want before they arrive. They search by destination and dates, browse a shop's real inventory, pick the model and size, pay online and collect with a QR code. The gear is reserved for them, so there is no morning queue. Both sides share one inventory. A shop that joins for the software is automatically bookable on the marketplace, with no second system to keep in sync. Rentouri also includes analytics for revenue and bookings, team accounts with roles and permissions, multi-location support under one account, EUR and PLN, and English and Polish interfaces. Pricing starts at 99 EUR per month with no setup fees and no contracts. Commission applies only to bookings the marketplace brings. Walk-in and counter sales are always commission-free. Personal onboarding is included.
