"Achieving True Data Readiness with Redpoint CDP"
5/5
What do you like best about Redpoint Customer Data Platform?

Redpoint enables seamless ingestion of structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data, along with the capability to connect APIs for real-time data integration. Its 360-degree customer view continuously captures customer interactions, transactions, and campaign-related actions. The platform now features AI-driven campaign orchestration, allowing marketers to automate audience segmentation, optimize send times, and personalize messaging at scale with minimal manual intervention. With Redpoint's open garden architecture, integration with other applications is smooth and requires minimal development effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Redpoint Customer Data Platform?

Redpoint CDP requires some initial ramp-up time, particularly for ETL developers who need at least a basic understanding of SQL to work effectively within the platform. The learning curve can be steep for teams without strong technical backgrounds, and the documentation, while comprehensive, could benefit from more real-world use case examples and video walkthroughs. Some of the UI components feel dated compared to newer CDP solutions, and navigating between modules isn't always intuitive. Additionally, certain advanced features require professional services engagement, which can add to implementation timelines and costs. That said, once teams are up to speed, the platform delivers solid capabilities—it just takes patience to get there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Redpoint Customer Data Platform?

I've found some of the updates released take a few months of testing to ensure they don't 'break' any of our automations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy, Versatile Data Integration Across Many Sources"

Easy to understand, with extensive usability for data integration from a variety of data sources. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Redpoint Customer Data Platform?

Establish clear guidelines and direction for third-party vendors implementing the solution for clients. Select vendors based on their ability to follow proper procedures and fully utilize the product’s functionality, rather than simply completing the implementation and closing the project.

When a third-party vendor does not perform their responsibilities properly, it can negatively impact the product. Clients may be unable to determine whether issues stem from the product itself or from how it was implemented. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful results with a bit of a learning curve"
5/5
What do you like best about Redpoint Customer Data Platform?

Having used Redpoint for nearly two decades, I can confidently say that it remains our go-to Customer Data Platform (CDP) for a multitude of reasons. We have implemented Redpoint with several of our clients, tackling data challenges that range from simple to incredibly complex. One of the standout features of Redpoint is its exceptional data quality and identity resolution capabilities, which give us a high level of confidence that the customer data fueling our campaigns is both accurate and reliable. Additionally, the team at Redpoint has consistently impressed us with their responsiveness and genuine investment in our success, making for a productive and supportive partnership. We are especially impressed with their ongoing modernization efforts and work to become a cloud-native solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Redpoint Customer Data Platform?

The tool's vast array of functionalities can also be a double-edged sword. The power and versatility of Redpoint are so extensive that I sometimes feel we haven't fully explored or utilized its full potential. While this might seem like a drawback, it also assures me that we are equipped to handle any future use cases that might emerge for our clients, without the need to transition to a different platform. This latent capability provides a significant peace of mind, even if it can occasionally feel overwhelming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Founder of several companies built around RedPoint products"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Redpoint Customer Data Platform?

I have successfully used and recommended RedPoint products to several companies over the years. The ability to build complex databases, customize campaigns and learn/report results is, in my opinion, the best in the business.

Experienced data engineers can customize matching and compiling data flows from a variety of sources that can then be used with a few clicks by marketing professionals. Flow chart designed templates are easy to undestand and trouble shoot.

Clean and compleet customer records are the foundation of all automated marketing communications Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Redpoint Customer Data Platform?

Having the fliexibility to handle practically any customer requirment requires a custom and timely implementation. This has limited the RedPoint Customer Data Platform to larger enterprise clients.

It is my understanding that their new SaaS services will put these tools in the hands of mid-market organizations that will benefit greatly from them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Where true magic happens"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Redpoint Customer Data Platform?

Having all data sources unified in one environment truly empowers you to create magic. With Redpoint's RPDM and RPI, you can hyper-personalize offers across multiple channels effortlessly. Many of these channels and sources are natively integrated, requiring minimal effort to connect additional systems. Redpoint enables seamless orchestration of complex customer journeys, driven by historical data and real-time behavior. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Redpoint Customer Data Platform?

In some cases, a deeper understanding of databases and HTML/CSS (for email offers) may be needed. However, once you get the hang of it, mastering Redpoint's advanced features becomes smooth and straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Implementation Partner at Multiple Organizations"
5/5
What do you like best about Redpoint Customer Data Platform?

Redpoint's data ingestion, data quality, data integration, management and identity resolution capabilities are robust, scalable and have a strong enterprie grade proven track record. The CDP has the ability to handle essentially any use case.

As an open garden or composable solution too, it can be integrated with any source or activation system in batch or real-time. Full CDP feature offerings.

Customer support and partner network are strong.

Implementation timelines are reasonable, directly comparable with competition. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Redpoint Customer Data Platform?

No dislikes for the data management platform. Redpoint's legacy segmentation and targeting tool was great for companies with complex B2C engagement and high segmentation requirements, but it is fairly cumbersome and not quick to pick up for those companies seeking a quick start / basic user interfaces. Redpoint's new SaaS offering seeks to address this though with a much more intuitive and easy to use UI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
