"Red hat quay is a fairly stable and qualified image repository"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Red Hat Quay?

Red hat quay is a magnificent software, I love that it has a virtual book that explains how to use it properly, thanks to that help the implementation has been very pleasant and easy in the company, in terms of the design of its API I can say that it is very versatile When implemented, it works quickly, which is very positive since the task of storing public or private Docker-type images is not tedious at all Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Red Hat Quay?

Red hat quay does not give reasons to switch to other competing software because its qualities are brilliant, although sometimes the scanning system throws errors is somewhat insignificant since it continues to provide reliable backups and its qualified system support provides help when implementation problems arise Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The security of my images is essential in my day to day and currently, there are many ways to lose them, whether due to a cyber attack, errors, natural disasters ... but Red Hat Quay is an excellent option to keep all my images safe without any problem and discover the vulnerabilities that they may present, its backup process is simple, fast and efficient, its technical support is fast and efficient, finally it should be noted that its cost is quite accessible. What do you dislike about Red Hat Quay?

Its interface is not very intuitive and the scans sometimes become slow, but compared to other image backup software, its efficiency and speed make it a better option, despite its negative aspects it seems like an excellent option and I have no other. the drawback or negative aspect to emphasize of Red Hat Quay. "Safe and reliable image container"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Red Hat Quay?

I love each of the qualities that Red Hat Quay has, first we must highlight its user interface, which is very interactive and easy to use, it is also important to note that it has an authentic support system that is capable of solving all the problems to be posed. emerge, it also offers incredible security in image storage Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Red Hat Quay?

I think that this repository service complies with all the characteristics that a software of this type should have, but it has things that can be improved, such as the scanning system that can sometimes issue errors, I would also like it to improve the speed to customize the images because it is very slow and although it has a nice interface sometimes I find it somewhat obsolete, otherwise I have no problem Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Red hat quay the best software to create and store images"
4/5
What do you like best about Red Hat Quay?

Red hat quay is an excellent container for images, it allows me to manage and store Docker images, through a very pleasant user interface and easy to implement the best of all is that it has an online book so that you do not have problems with use, because following these instructions you will learn to put it to good use, and if a problem arises, the support system is very effective in solving it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Red Hat Quay?

It has fantastic qualities that qualify it as a reliable image container, however you need to improve in certain aspects such as image scanning as it sometimes throws scan errors, you also need to improve speed because sometimes it slows down and becomes heavy, but I think it may be due to unstable internet connections, another aspect that should be noted is the labeling, it is not very distinctive for such expensive software Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Red Hat Quay?

What I dislike about red hat quay is that sometimes there are errors in the image scans, it would be very good if they corrected that small problem to avoid saturating the support system, otherwise I have no complaints with this tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Looking for a repository service? Red Hat may have it."
4/5
What do you like best about Red Hat Quay?

This amazing tool allows us to store images in a very easy way, guaranteeing security in their storage. The most attractive thing about this repository is that it has a very solidified interface, which allows the user to make its use pleasant, also providing professionalism necessary. The registration is done easily, it does not generate any type of inconvenience that the user usually faces, it is also important to highlight its support and maintenance when sending the images it provides an automatic scan for any threat, sending notifications for any alert. What do you dislike about Red Hat Quay?

I do not find any type of problem in this tool because it adapts very well to the needs of the company and was what we were looking for, since it allows us to save images effectively, guaranteeing the security we needed, however, they could adjust little prices since it is highly expensive for smaller companies, another aspect that should be highlighted is that it sometimes slows down and becomes heavy. - Offers great detail in depth in any of its functions

- The technical support is excellent and we are always surprised.

- Surprise updates that always come with great improvements.

They are all aspects that have been fascinating to use so far, giving us a totally amazing user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Red Hat Quay?

The path we have traveled with this tool has been pleasant, although sometimes there are small drawbacks:

- Slow to customize an image

- Repositories slow down after a long time

- The interface is stable but sometimes it seems a little dated

- We have not received updates for months.

For now only the only thing I can complain about this great tool, are just details that do not detract from Red Hat, but I would like to see it improve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Identification of vulnerabilities, creation of containers for businesses"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Red Hat Quay?

At a business level, Quay's service is the best option on the market, offering unlimited storage and very good management in the design area. The distribution that Red Hat uses to deploy its containers in the hybrid cloud is the one that performs best for working with automated system developers. The security that it offers in terms of public and private image security reflects how committed the company is to its customers and I always appreciate the service provided by this company. The availability of OpenShift makes Quay a remarkable alternative to other software I have tested in my area of work. The advanced management for access control offers excellent solutions in the area of registration gaining ground and quality for data authentication and SaaS backup. Speaking of Red Hat TLS Encryption, it offers end-to-end security, meaning that from the moment an image is inserted to the moment it is extracted, it provides security, a robust system of unquestionable quality. What do you dislike about Red Hat Quay?

I have integrated Quay for security scans with Clair and I must say that it is not the best option for this container, it lacks technical analogy and I don't like the scan results it offers to the server. As for the integration channel for automation (CI/CD), it can provide minor errors for GIT encales and robot development. I can track my images but the tagging system lacks personality experienced errors in the restoration, in the Logging and Auditing area I don't recommend it there are better commercial options, the audits in CI channel are not very collaborative presenting errors in the initial configuration.
