"Recruiterflow Keeps Our Pipeline and CRM Organized Across Multiple Searches"
4/5
What do you like best about Recruiterflow?

The pipeline and CRM organization is what really stands out for me. Managing multiple concurrent searches across different clients and stages used to get messy, but Recruiterflow makes it easy to see exactly where every candidate stands at a glance, whether they're in early screening, submitted, or further along in the client process. Being able to quickly filter and navigate between roles without losing context has saved us a lot of time, especially when juggling several active mandates at once. It's made our day-to-day workflow noticeably more organized and easier to stay on top of. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Recruiterflow?

The main issue I've run into is the browser extension as it doesn't work consistently and drops out from time to time. Otherwise, no major complaints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Amogh Balikai of Recruiterflow

Hi Emilija,

Glad the pipeline visibility is doing its job when you're running multiple searches at once, that's exactly why we built it that way. The browser extension dropping out isn't good enough though, and we want to fix it for you specifically. Please reach out to our support team with your setup details so we can dig into what's happening.

"Recruiterflow Keeps Recruiting Organized with Visual Pipelines"
5/5
What do you like best about Recruiterflow?

As a recruitment agency running multiple searches at once, Recruiterflow keeps everything in one place, pipelines are visual and easy to move candidates through, the Chrome extension lets us add candidates straight from LinkedIn in seconds, and application forms feed directly into our pipelines so nothing gets lost. Custom fields and advanced search make it easy to slice our candidate base however we need. It's genuinely replaced two or three separate tools for us, and their support responds fast whenever we have a question." Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Recruiterflow?

Very little to dislike. My main wish: the Claude/MCP integration is currently read-only - you can search candidates and view pipelines, but can't add candidates or update stages through it. Making it read-write would unlock huge automation potential for agencies like ours. Otherwise, the open API covers most needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Amogh Balikai of Recruiterflow

Hi Frosina,

Replacing two or three tools and seeing ROI in month one is exactly the bar we hold ourselves to, so this means a lot. Good call on the Claude/MCP integration too, going read-write is already on our radar so agencies like yours can automate more stuff directly from it. We'll keep you posted as that ships.

"Centralizes Recruiting with Powerful Automation and AIRA Sourcing"
5/5
What do you like best about Recruiterflow?

What I like most about Recruiterflow is that it centralises the entire recruitment process in a single system. It provides clear visibility into where each candidate sits at every stage, cuts down on manual admin work through automation, and helps us move faster with sourcing and placements. The AIRA sourcing feature is particularly valuable for quickly identifying relevant candidates, which boosts overall efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Recruiterflow?

Overall, there’s very little to dislike. That said, one area that could be improved is the initial learning curve when setting up workflows and automations, since some configurations take time to fully understand and optimise. In addition, a few of the more advanced customisation options could be more flexible, so they better align with complex recruitment processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Amogh Balikai of Recruiterflow

Hey Asad,

The fact that AIRA sourcing is already driving efficiency for your team is exactly what we built it to do - finding the right candidates faster so you can spend more time on the work that actually moves placements. On the workflow setup curve, that's fair feedback and something we're actively working to simplify, especially for complex multi-stage processes.

If there are specific automations you'd like help optimising, our team would love to work through them with you directly.

"Mediocre ATS, Terrible CRM, Terrible customer service."
0/5
What do you like best about Recruiterflow?

Their careers page looks good. Besides that, I hate everything about this company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Recruiterflow?

Terrible experience from start to finish

I wish I never signed up for RecruiterFlow. I've got a long list of reasons why, here's the ones I can think of off the top of my head

- It's both a CRM and an ATS. It's the best at neither. I think it could be good if you upgraded to the AIRA plan, but that's only available as an annual plan for $2400 per user per year. So for a team of 3, It's $7200 upfront to be able to use the AI features. There's no way I would ever pay that for a software in an age where I could use Claude Code to build a fully custom one.

Without paying the $7200, you're limited in the functionality you'd expect in a CRM, which makes the CRM worse than basically every $50 - $100/month CRM. Once I realized that, I was paying $200/month per user for an ATS that's okay, but far from ideal. If it was $200/month, I probably would've dealt with it. At $200/user/month, with a team of 3, I'd be paying $600/month for an ATS. There's far better options out there. I switched to Ashby.

- The customer service isn't good. They say customer service is available 24/5 (Idk why not 24/7), but it takes like 4-6 hours to get a response on the live chat. Which I definitely wouldn't consider 24 hour a day support.

- There's a lot of things with the ATS that don't make sense. Example: It doesn't parse resumes automatically. If you want the resume parsed, you have to do it one by one. I asked their team if they could update that and they said no, and that I should just make my application page longer to include the info that's already on their resume (Like their work history). It seems like a very simple problem for their dev team to solve, they didn't seem interested in solving it.

- Their migration process seems intentionally difficult. Once I switched ATSs, there was no information on how to migrate out. They told me to book a call, and they had limited availability that didn't work for me. In that time, I couldn't cancel my subscription because the resumes were still saved in RecruiterFlow. When I finished migrating my data, I requested a refund for the period in between when I wanted to migrate out, and they said no.

They have a great careers page. Everything else, I didn't like about RecruiterFlow. I know now that there's better options. I wish I would have spent more time looking into those other options before signing up with RecruiterFlow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Amogh Balikai of Recruiterflow

Hi Braden,

Recruiterflow is built for recruitment and search firms that need a purpose-built platform, not a general-purpose CRM with recruiting bolted on. That distinction matters, and if it wasn't communicated clearly enough during your evaluation, that's something we will do better on our end.

On the specifics: our support team operates on documented SLAs that we stand behind, our migration process is guided intentionally to protect data integrity, and our refund policy is applied consistently and transparently. We understand that doesn't make it feel better when you're on the receiving end of a decision that didn't go your way.

The frustration is real, and we don't take that lightly. Switching platforms is stressful, and we're sorry the experience landed the way it did. We wish you well with Ashby.

"RecruiterFlow Makes Recruiting Workflows Seamless and Effortless"
5/5
What do you like best about Recruiterflow?

The workflow feels seamless from start to finish. Adding candidates and contacts is quick, with no unnecessary steps, and moving them into campaigns takes almost no effort. Everything is laid out in a logical order that matches how I actually recruit day to day. As a founder running a boutique talent advisory and search firm, that really matters to me. I need my ATS to work with me, not slow me down, and RecruiterFlow does exactly that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Recruiterflow?

Not much I can add to be honest. I really have enjoyed it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Amogh Balikai of Recruiterflow

Hi Billy,

Running a boutique search firm solo is genuinely hard. Every hour you spend managing your tool is an hour not spent on client work. The fact that Recruiterflow gets out of your way and lets you focus on working your pipeline is exactly what we build for. If you ever want to explore how AIRA's automation can take even more off your plate as you scale, we'd love to show you.

"Easy Migration, Excellent Support, and AI-Powered CRM Simplicity"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Recruiterflow?

We found it very easy to migrate across, and our team adapted quickly to the new software. It's simplicity compared to our previous CRM made it that much easier.

The ability to consolidate features we outsourced from multiple providers was also a huge benefit to not only the team but their budgets too!

The support we received throughout the migration was excellent, and the ongoing support post-migration has been just as impressive.

Lastly the introduction of AI support in daily CRM admin has been well received by the, especially the ability to transcribe meetings and calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Recruiterflow?

The migration process did drag slightly over the predicted 8 weeks. However this was caused by faulty data provided by the previous provider which slowed us and RecruiterFlow down. Not much could have been done to foresee/prevent this from happening. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Amogh Balikai of Recruiterflow

Hey there,

Switching CRMs is never painless, and the fact that your team found the platform simpler than what they came from, that's exactly what we build for. Hearing that AIRA's transcription is already landing well with the team is great to know. On the migration timeline: we appreciate you calling out the nuance there, and we'll keep using experiences like yours to make the process tighter. Looking forward to growing with you.

"Intuitive and Effective with Essential Integrations"
5/5
What do you like best about Recruiterflow?

I really like how Recruiterflow makes it easy to keep track of all my clients and candidates and their information. It's easy to use, which is a big plus for me. I also appreciate the different integrations it offers, especially with LinkedIn. As a recruiter, having LinkedIn integrations is a very important part of my day-to-day activities, and having it in Recruiterflow is really helpful. The initial setup was very easy too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Recruiterflow?

Sometimes the site will just stop working. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Amogh Balikai of Recruiterflow

Hi Daniella,

The professional network integration is something we've invested heavily in precisely because it's non-negotiable for recruiters. Glad it's making a real difference in your day-to-day. The intermittent site issues you mentioned are not something we take lightly; if it happens again, please flag it to our support team right away so we can trace and fix it.

"Seamless Integration and Stellar Customer Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Recruiterflow?

I like Recruiterflow because it's very easy to use. They are always upgrading and updating their system, which means they stay on top of the changes in AI and other elements we need to use daily. This makes it a lot easier than having to look for other tools since Recruiterflow has everything. The customer service is another huge benefit; we have a point of contact, and we can get help when we need it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Recruiterflow?

Nothing to add—we love RecruiterFlow. It does everything we need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Amogh Balikai of Recruiterflow

Hello,

Having a dedicated point of contact who actually helps when you need it is something we think every recruiting firm deserves. And the "always updating" part is intentional: the recruiting landscape is moving fast, and we ship so your stack stays ahead of it. Thanks for being part of the Recruiterflow community.

"Powerful Recruiting Platform That Saves Time and Improves Organization"
5/5
What do you like best about Recruiterflow?

What I like best about Recruiterflow is that it brings the entire recruitment process into one platform. It makes it easy to manage candidates, track client interactions, automate repetitive tasks, and keep the hiring pipeline organized. The user-friendly interface and workflow automation help save time and improve team productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Recruiterflow?

Recruiterflow is great overall, but some features can take a little time to learn and customize. Once set up, it works very well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Amogh Balikai of Recruiterflow

Hi Alice,

Genuinely glad the platform is delivering on what we built it for: less admin, more clarity, more speed. The learning curve on some of the customization is real, and we're working to flatten it. If you ever hit a setup question, our team is fast to help. Thanks for taking the time to share this

"Streamlined Recruiting with Seamless LinkedIn Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about Recruiterflow?

I like Recruiterflow's versatility and ease of use. It's really nice that it integrates well with LinkedIn, letting me stay within LinkedIn and easily import candidates and start campaigns without switching between apps. It streamlines my workflow, allowing me to source candidates and handle communications in one place, which saves me a lot of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Recruiterflow?

The only thing that I think could be better is the Chrome plugin. The drop down that allows me to stay within LinkedIn could use some enhancements, like making jobs and campaigns sticky. If I'm doing a search for a specific role, that role doesn't always come to the top, even though I've been selecting those repeatedly. There's still a need to search for them. Also, pinning notes can only be done from the app, which could be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Amogh Balikai of Recruiterflow

Hi Stephen,

We're glad the LinkedIn integration is saving you real time.. Your note on the Chrome plugin is sharp and specific. The role/campaign stickiness issue and the pinning limitation are on our radar, and this kind of detail helps us prioritize. Share more through support anytime. We want the extension to feel as smooth as the rest of the platform.
