## About Reap
REAP is an agentic AI platform for network operations. It continuously discovers and monitors network infrastructure, helping engineering teams investigate incidents, evaluate operational and security risk, assess proposed changes, and remediate issues safely. When an incident occurs, REAP reasons across network topology, configuration, telemetry, and operational history to explain what happened, identify the likely cause and contributing factors, determine the blast radius, and recommend next steps. Its findings are backed by inspectable evidence, allowing engineers to verify how each answer was reached. REAP continuously evaluates network posture against intended design and operational best practices. It identifies configuration gaps, configuration drift, resilience weaknesses, and latent failure conditions. One example: high availability that appears to be configured correctly but may not function as expected during failover. REAP also maintains configuration history. Engineers can compare any two configuration versions, see what changed around an incident, deployment, or maintenance event, and determine whether drift contributed to an issue. Separately, REAP assesses CVE exposure using live topology and configuration data. Rather than flagging vulnerabilities based only on software versions or banner matches, it determines whether a vulnerability creates material exposure in the actual environment. Engineers can query the network in plain English to understand topology, device behavior, incidents, network posture, configuration changes, and operational history. Before a proposed change reaches production, REAP can model and assess its expected impact using a digital twin of the current network topology. Remediation is executed through governed runbooks with approval gates, defined permissions, and a complete audit trail. REAP only takes action within the policies and controls established by the organization. REAP integrates with the network platforms and operational tools teams already use, including Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Palo Alto Networks, ServiceNow, Jira, and PagerDuty. A centrally deployed connector discovers and monitors network infrastructure within its authorized reach, without requiring agents on individual devices or replacing existing infrastructure.
