ReactWise Reviews & Product Details

ReactWise is an AI co-pilot for chemical process development. We help pharmaceutical and chemical manufacturers accelerate R&D by optimizing chemical processes using existing data. Founded by experts in chemistry, chemical engineering, and AI from the University of Cambridge, we combine deep scientific understanding with cutting-edge technology. ReactWise enables R&D teams to focus on the experiments that matter. The platform combines Bayesian optimization (including transfer learning through MemoryBO®), automated kinetic modeling, HTE plate design and condition recommendations, a solvent replacement tool, proprietary reactivity datasets, and direct integration with lab automation and electronic lab notebooks to enable closed-loop, self-driving experimentation. ReactWise serves pharma, CDMO, formulations, biotech, and fine-chemical teams - with proven results including a Pfizer multi-objective hydrogenation reaching 97.5% yield at under 1% impurity. Founded in 2024 and backed by Y Combinator and Innovate UK ($3.4M pre-seed), ReactWise is based in Cambridge, UK. The platform is ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type 2 certified. ReactWise was co-founded by Dr. Alexander Pomberger and Dr. Daniel Wigh, both experts at the intersection of chemistry, chemical engineering, and machine learning. Our team of ten includes software developers and PhD-trained machine learning engineers & chemists. We are supported by five leading academic and commercial advisors, and we continue to grow our world-class team. Our in-house High-Throughput Experimentation (HTE) laboratory generates the highest-quality datasets to power foundation reactivity models.
