Razored Technologies Reviews & Product Details

Razored is booking, payments, POS and customer-record software for barbershops, hair salons and nail studios. We build it and we run shops with it. Razored Technologies is owned by the operators behind No Grease barbershops, out of Charlotte, NC and Houston, TX. Clients book online or in the native iOS and Android app. Walk-ins go into a queue and waitlist so the chair does not sit empty. Recurring appointments hold standing slots. Skill-based matching puts the client with a provider who does that service. Point of sale rings up services and retail on one ticket, with gift cards, promotions, inventory and purchase orders. Every customer profile carries visit history, notes, preferences and lifetime spend. Confirmations go out by SMS, email and push. For the team: scheduling, shift management, commission tracking, payroll summaries, provider reporting, front-desk access, roles and permissions. Multi-shop owners get cross-location dashboards, an operator hierarchy and regional roles. Reporting covers revenue, sales, product and tax, with PDF and CSV export. Pricing is flat. Start $25/mo for a solo provider at one location. Growth $50/mo per location, unlimited providers. Scale $150/mo includes two locations, then $50 per additional location. No per-seat fees. No long-term contract. No free plan. Razored Pay is powered by Stripe. Card present 2.75% + $0.10. Online 3.15% + $0.30. No PCI fees. No setup fees. Online and phone bookings carry a $3.00 booking fee paid by the client ($3.50 group). Walk-ins are always free. There is no consumer marketplace. Your clients are yours. Razored is a younger product than the incumbents and the integration ecosystem is smaller.
