"Radware Cloud WAF: Adaptive Real-Time Protection with Integrated DDoS and Bot Defense"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Radware Cloud WAF?

What I like best about Radware Cloud WAF is its ability to detect and stop advanced attacks in real time without relying only on fixed rules. It feels smarter and more adaptive compared to traditional WAFs. I also like that it combines WAF, DDoS, and bot protection in one place, which makes security management simpler and more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Radware Cloud WAF?

What I dislike about Radware Cloud WAF is that it can feel a bit complex and less user-friendly, especially when you’re trying to configure or fine-tune policies. It may also require more manual tuning to reduce false positives, which can take extra time. Additionally, it’s not as widely recognized as some competitors, so community support and resources can be limited. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Radware Cloud WAF?

If I had to point out a downside, it would be that Radware Cloud WAF can require some effort to configure and tune properly. While it's powerful, managing custom rules and reducing false alerts may take time, particularly for teams that are new to WAF solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"My Successful Experience with Radware's WAF"
5/5
What do you like best about Radware Cloud WAF?

What I liked the most and one of the most important features is the integration with other security solutions and with load balancers and internal applications. In my experience, we have applications published in the Azure cloud, and the integration was very smooth and easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Radware Cloud WAF?

What I don't like is the high cost of the solution, but in terms of operation and use, it's one of the best for me as a customer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"High Accuracy, Proactive Support with Learning Curve"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Radware Cloud WAF?

I like the high accuracy behavioral engine of Radware Cloud WAF because it distinguishes between legitimate spikes and actual threats, significantly reducing false positives. I appreciate the AI-powered engine that automatically learns normal traffic patterns, allowing us to stay in blocking mode. It filters out noise effectively, reducing alert fatigue by accurately identifying L7 DDoS or low and slow attacks. One of the features I value the most is the proactive ERT support, which is a major added value for real-time mitigation during complex attacks. The ERT takes the lead on mitigation during these challenging situations, which minimizes downtime and eliminates the need to hire high-cost appsec specialists. What do you dislike about Radware Cloud WAF?

1. The out-of-the-box reporting lacks a high-level executive dashboard feel. We often have to export data. 2. The behavioral engine is powerful, but the initial learning curve requires patience. 3. Some of the more advanced technical features or API integration steps could be better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Innovation in Web Security"
5/5
What do you like best about Radware Cloud WAF?

I like the innovation and capabilities of the Radware Cloud WAF modules, as well as the simplicity in configurations. Radware periodically updates with new detection capabilities and has added valuable modules such as application protection with AI and Threat intelligence. Although technical knowledge is required for configurations, the management of the platform is quite simple. The integration with the organization's SIEM is also an advantage for SOC analysis. What do you dislike about Radware Cloud WAF?

The discovery of APIs, although it works well, could be improved in the continuous inventory of undocumented APIs. Notify when a new endpoint is discovered or new parameters are added. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Top-Tier Bot Mitigation and API Security for Enterprise Apps"
5/5
What do you like best about Radware Cloud WAF?

Unified Security: It brings together four key tools—WAF, Bot Management, API Security, and DDoS Protection—into a single dashboard, making it easier for a security team to manage everything and streamlining their overall workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Radware Cloud WAF?

I often have to jump between different dashboards just to compare WAF alerts with Bot Manager alerts, which makes it harder to get a quick, unified view. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Solid Protection, But Support Could Be Better"
4/5
What do you like best about Radware Cloud WAF?

It has helped me a lot in protecting myself from cyberattacks. Since I started using Radware Cloud WAF, the number of attacks per month has dropped significantly. It protects both APIs and websites from SQL injections, and it stands out for its performance and technical quality. The dashboard and the overall menu are very intuitive, so it’s easy to navigate and understand. I also like the reporting graphics, which make it simple to identify trends and pinpoint the sources of attacks. The initial setup was very quick, and once it was implemented, it remained straightforward to use and manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Radware Cloud WAF?

Technical support could be improved. When we have a problem, we contact technical support, but often they don't have a good command of the language and it's difficult to understand each other and explain the situation and the problem . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
