I love their tech support! Any time I have reached out with an issue, even if it did not entirely pertain to Rackspace, they were able to offer a solution. Top-notch support! **What do you dislike about Rackspace Managed Private Cloud?** Navigating through some of the hosted services requires going through several links to get to the admin area. One click would be nice to get to the proper admin area. **What problems is Rackspace Managed Private Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** Rackspace handles our email hosting, eliminating the need for an in-house server or involving an additional IT person or company. It helps us be more efficient while saving money. ### 2. Most of the time, we have to wait on the waiting list. There are various options for load balancing, server setups and integration with complementary third parties such as frontend optimisation and diagnostic solutions. **What do you dislike about Rackspace Managed Private Cloud?** As Rackspace is a premium, enterprise solution, it is pretty expensive and difficult to justify for projects that may not be of a large enough scale. When the equipment becomes outdated there is a large cost incurred as we have used a dedicated hosting service. For some projects it would be better to consider auto-scaling architecture, which admittedly appears to be a possibility with Rackspace too. **What problems is Rackspace Managed Private Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** Beyond the obvious purpose of the product in serving an enterprise scale website, we have had successful strategy discussions with Rackspace about upgrades and best-practice recommendations for the business to continue to grow efficiently and securely online. ### 10.
