What do you like best about Quadient Accounts Receivable?

Quadient allows my team to be more efficient by increasing automation and cross-functional visibility. We have set up automated reminders which have resulted in customers paying faster. The visibility into the customer portal has allowed customers and my internal sales reps to have a real-time view of current invoices and balances, thus allowing my team to spend their time on other productive tasks. What do you dislike about Quadient Accounts Receivable?

The payment integration can be challenging because that is another third party that is involved, but clarity up front can alleviate any implementation hurdles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Customizable Workflows, Needs Better Email Formats"
4/5
What do you like best about Quadient Accounts Receivable?

I like the automated workflows in Quadient Accounts Receivable because I can easily tailor them. I find triggered events really useful, like when an email comes in with certain information, it sets a task for follow-up or ensures a promise to pay. This feature helps make sure payments come in when stated. The workflows overall are what I like the most. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quadient Accounts Receivable?

I find the email format lacking. When it's received, it looks cheap, and there's very low-grade customization possible. Embedding more and links is nearly impossible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
