It was important to me as a user that Qooling is an easy and intuitive interface. It has greatly simplified and facilitated the process of compliance with our quality certification processes such as ISO 9001, which spends a lot of time and resources on our company. In general, we were very satisfied with Qooling. It would only be good if the customization processes were more flexible. What I like a bout Qooling the most is that I can adjust every form and procedure the way we want it in the company. I would like to see that in adjusting a form I can select where i would like the new field to come. Now I have to drag and drop or accept that is comes at the bottom. When I make a form with a lot of fields dragging and dropping can take a lot of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
