Honestly there isn't much I dislike. If I had to name something, a few Instagram post types still rely on the mobile reminder instead of full auto-publishing, which breaks the "set it and forget it" flow a little. The analytics also give a good quick overview but could go deeper on the higher plans, and client-ready reporting isn't native, so I occasionally have to export into another tool. Nothing in particular really jumps out to me when asked this question other than the price does get quite high when managing a large volume of accounts since it is by social connections instead of groups. for instance I manage the socials of 16 restaurants and that translates to 48 licenses when you each has a tik tok, instagram, and facebook page.
