Protecht has dramatically improved our ERM process. Moving from a manual process to this platform has significantly enhanced our entire process, from data collection to MI Pack reporting. The time saved has been valuable to our Company. One of the best features is that it gives the user the power to make the necessary changes. We would have liked the pricing to be more transparent before and after the implementation. Further clarification on what the standard SOW includes would also have been appreciated. Protecht is ISO certified and our organisation follows ISO standards and industry's best practices to implemenet its ERM and BCM framework hence Protecht makes a perfect match in terms of compliance with our internal policy and procedures. Moreover, the platform provides a wide variety of reporting and dashboard charts that are customized to match the view you are looking for as well as various modules that can be activated by the organisation as they get more mature. This enables the company to have all of its critical data in one place with the relevant likages. We also found Protecht to be one of the most user friendly interfaces. When the organization is a holding company with multiple subsidiaries, it would be helpful to have additional customized features that can be applied to one or few companies rather than all. This will assist to meet the unique characteristics of each subsidiary (if any). It will also be beneficial to be able to integrate with various systems based on companies' business requirements. Protecht continues to innovate on their product, bringing valuable quality of life updates and changes. Its always been easy and a pleasure to work with the staff from protecht on projects, development, or sharing and bouncing ideas off each other.

As a user who really likes to understand the system as best I can, I've always enjoyed trying to make changes or develop things how I would imagine Protecht would, and then to bounce the ideas off my friends and contacts at Protecht. They have always been open to teaching and expanding my knowledge of the system.

There is some nuance to using Protecht that may not be obvious to the average user. This is usually in the form of processes within the system (i.e. states being separate to the save button confuses a lot of users), technical terminology (maturity issue with the business, but could possibly be improved in Protecht with layman terms), and navigation.
