Prospectio Reviews & Product Details

Prospectio is a B2B outreach platform that runs LinkedIn and email sequences from first contact through to a booked meeting. It fits small and mid sized sales teams at software development, SaaS, AI, IT services, recruitment and outsourcing companies across Europe and North America. The typical user is a founder or head of sales carrying a pipeline target without a full team of sales development reps behind them. Every prospect on a list is read and checked against the ideal customer profile the user has defined before any message is sent. Prospects who do not fit are skipped, which protects the sending account and keeps effort on people who match the criteria the team set. For prospects who do fit, an opening line is written around their role, company and recent activity rather than dropped into a template field. Users record one short video or voice note. Prospectio personalises that recording for each prospect by name and company, so the message arrives in the sender's own voice and face rather than as a synthetic avatar. When a prospect responds, an automated responder recognises intent, handles routine objections and moves the conversation towards a time in the calendar, which closes the gap that lets warm replies go cold. A single sequence can run connection requests, LinkedIn messages, post engagement, InMail and email together. Sending runs on rotating residential IP addresses with conservative daily limits to protect account standing. Replies collect in a shared inbox, campaign reporting covers replies, meetings and conversion by channel, and records pass into HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive. Setup takes minutes and needs no technical resource. Every account includes a guided onboarding session in which the first campaign is built and launched with the customer, along with sequence and targeting templates drawn from campaigns run for technology and services companies. Technical support and campaign reviews continue for the life of the contract, and processing is GDPR compliant.
