The use cases, in my environment the Kemp is used for various systems acting as a load balancer which has been running for approximately 3 years. Implementation and integration is pretty straightforward with templates offerred which work with existing key vendor systems within the industry. Customer support is pretty responsive. As a customer, our experience with the Kemp LoadMaster LMX15 has been very positive. The product is stable, easy to configure, and delivers consistent performance. I really like how easy Kemp is to use. This is a very user friendly tool and the dashboards are very easy to read and understand. I also like Kemp's support. We have had to call into support a few times and each time we got up and running with little to no issues as Kemp does a very good job getting you the help you need right away. I do like Kemp's brand recognition as you aren't using some fly-by-night product. Kemp isn't that good at working with other software tools you have in place, even if they don't compete with Kemp. This product does function siloed from other tools and platforms you are using so it does take a decent amount of human intervention to make sure this is working and updating with the rest of your environment. I also didn't like the pricetag that comes with Kemp. This is very expensive when you look at what you are getting, this can easily put you over your planned budget compared to other stuff that is out there.. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
