I find that the graphs and charts in Prodoscore are not as interactive as I'd like. Currently, I can't click on them to see detailed insights, such as which employees fall into categories like low, mid, and high productivity. This makes it less efficient for me to analyze data. Additionally, the employee search functionality is cumbersome. It's too manual to navigate and find specific employees, which hinders my ability to quickly access individual data. Prodoscore helps with managing the day to day operations of a large (and primarily remote) staff. Using their high-level view, the dashboards are easy to read and allow us to drill down into the data as needed. Along with other metrics, the data provided has helped identify folks we want to pat on the back for their performance, and conversely, identify employees that were under-performing. There are gaps, like for example if something is being worked on in Microsoft Office on the computer rather than web version, or if employees are attending in person meetings. It can create tension internally when certain leaders put too much emphasis on Prodoscore as the only measure of productivity.
