UI is great, and allows easy access of super powerful devops functionality. You can easily setup developer orgs to be ready and just as useful as full or partial copy sandboxes! This helps speed up Salesforce development by having applicable test data in a developer org without needing to wait for refreshes. Easily can save weeks of project time. The migration to production of Salesforce metadata, and the great UX of being able to see metadata changes and differences between environments is wonderful! Initial setup can take some getting used to. Can take a few tries to become familiar with everything that the product can do. Some features are more complete than others. Not all metadata types are supported equally. Data and metadata deployments work in very different ways, which can be counter-intuitive to new users. Via prodly, can deploy Products, Product rule, Price rule , custom actions, approval rules and much more components in one go. while if deploy with the XML, there is a lot of stuff we need to validate. That's not happening in Prodly, less time consuming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Prodly does a great job of migrating data from one Salesforce org to another, in that it manages the many object relationships for you. It also has the ability to transform your data by mapping a source field to a different destination field, or by substituting one picklist value for another. Sometimes difficult to configure, configuration to use isn't intuitive.

Also, when you have a case you have to login to their dashboard for "everyone" to see your responses; they say everyone can't see your response if you just reply to the email.
