Procumi Reviews & Product Details

Procumi is a construction procurement platform designed to simplify how construction companies manage purchasing, supplier requests, quotations, comparisons, and purchase orders. Construction procurement is often fragmented across emails, phone calls, WhatsApp messages, Excel spreadsheets, PDFs, and documents. Procurement teams and site managers spend hours sending the same requirements to multiple suppliers, following up for quotations, manually extracting prices from supplier documents, and comparing offers in spreadsheets. Procumi brings this workflow into one centralized platform. Teams can create purchasing requests for specific construction sites, define materials, quantities, units, specifications and delivery requirements, select suppliers from their supplier database, and send structured requests for quotation (RFQs). Supplier responses can then be organized and compared in Procumi, creating a clear view of available offers and purchasing conditions. Procumi supports supplier quotations in different formats, including PDFs, photos, copied text, and manually entered data. AI-assisted extraction helps identify relevant products, quantities, prices, and quotation details, while users remain in control by reviewing and confirming the extracted information before it is saved. The platform is designed to compare the real cost of supplier offers, not just unit prices. Procurement teams can account for transport costs, additional costs, minimum order quantities, packaging, payment conditions, and other supplier-specific requirements when evaluating an offer. Procumi also provides supplier management and follow-up tools, allowing teams to maintain supplier information, organize contacts by category, track outstanding quotation requests, and follow up with suppliers who have not yet responded. Once a supplier is selected, users can move from quotation comparison to purchase order, keeping the connection between the original requirement, supplier offer, purchasing decision, and final order. Built specifically for construction, Procumi connects procurement activity with individual projects and construction sites. It is designed for general contractors, construction companies, procurement departments, purchasing teams, project managers, site managers, and other teams responsible for sourcing materials, equipment, and services. Procumi is particularly valuable for companies that currently rely on email, Excel, phone calls, and WhatsApp to manage purchasing. Instead of managing fragmented information across multiple tools, Procumi provides a structured workflow from: Request → RFQ → Supplier Offers → AI-Assisted Extraction → Comparison → Purchasing Decision → Purchase Order Procumi helps construction companies reduce manual procurement work, improve supplier comparison, increase visibility over purchasing activity, and make faster, better-informed purchasing decisions.
