I have been been able to create online auctions very easily. It also lets me invite vendors, create products and and then suppliers submit their response on online platform with their best quotation. It has helped in creating online competition and save costs for our company. Integrations with ERP is also very quick. **What do you dislike about Procol?** Market rates are not available very frequently. The training and change management was minimal. Vendors are pretty happy using the Supply side. The PR to PO time has reduced from 2 days to 6 hours and it has helped increase in productivity. Our customer success manager has also helped us in resolving the queries that we had. **What do you dislike about Procol?** I cant release payments using the Procol dashboard.
